Has by far been the worst experience I have ever had at a Skechers store. I have been buying my kids Skechers for quite some time since they are very light and comfortable. I recently purchase a pair of shoes for my son it had a tag on the shoes for $39.99. When I went to pay the guy rang it up a $45.99. I told the worker it clearly says $39.99. He said not a problem your right I’ll change it let me get the manager. The manager one took forever to come up to the cashier and eventually came changed the price without a problem. I also used a $5 coupon that Skechers had sent me without any problem. Turns out the size I purchased my son didn’t fit so I went back to the store not even an hour later and told the manager I needed to just exchange the shoe for a different size because it didn’t fit my son and he said not a problem just get the right size and make sure you have the receipt. I got the right size and proceeded to the register. I told the clerk at the register I was just evenly exchanging due to the size being too small. He said yes not a problem i have to get the manager he has to do the exchange. The store only had one more customer and after numerous calls the manager decided to show up to the register all pissed off. He immediately told me oh by the way these shoes just went up in price and I can’t give you the same price on the tag that the shoe has and you lose your $5 discount. I can only exchange the shoes if you pay the new price. I was like wait so the price changes in 1 hour really. I’m doing an even exchange and the shoes are the price you sold them to me to at all the other stores. At that point I was like this guy is trying to rip me off. I was like no I want a refund and the price doesn’t change within the hour that’s bull. The conveniences of having a Skechers close to my house is great but dealing with these type of scammers trying to up the price on a shoe like it’s a stock market is not worth it. Customer service there sucks the Indian manager is definitely far from professional and works there as if he hates his job. My business will go to a real shoe store and won’t ever step foot in there. No wonder stores in that shopping center never last what a shame. Beware and if you go there you will see it’s like pulling teeth to get help. Customer service should be your most important asset and you guys are far from it...
Read moreFirst time being in the area and saw this store and their bogo sale and thought i would check it out since I was looking for a particular shoe. There was this young lady with glasses going back and forth being more concerned with the shoe displays being straight. She scolded me telling me to make sure to leave the shoes straight for the customers. First of all I am a CUSTOMER. I find this absolutely ABSURD. I'm supposed to touch them and feel them not just look at them. I wasn't even leaving them on the floor like other stores i've seen for example the burlington next to them. This lady should consider doing another job if she's going to be more concerned about that because people are supposed enjoy their shopping and to touch and try the product. I was going to buy there but after that bad experience I...
Read moreI had an amazing experience shopping at the Skechers warehouse last Sunday. The store was clean, well organized, and had a fantastic selection of shoes for every need. But what really stood out was the incredible customer service.
Ron and Sohail were absolutely outstanding gentlemen. They went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me not something you see every day!
Thanks to their patience and professionalism, my visit was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to friends and family. Skechers is lucky to have such great...
