Starbucks — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

I’ve been coming here for about 3 months every day, and it was great, but for the past 2 weeks the drinks have been poor quality. Frappuccinos aren’t blended fully and are watered down, same with hot or cold coffee. Today, I got a drink that was made 10 mins before I was at the drivethru, and it was melted and had no caramel in the coffee, just on top. The prices went up, which is no biggie, but I just paid $6 for a drink that someone else didn’t want or pick up. I don’t order ahead, so idk why it was made 10 minutes earlier with someone else’s name on it. I started going to Centereach instead because they are consistent and always friendly. today I drove through the drive-through with my family I ordered an iced latte and it clearly says on the label that the drink had sweet cream cold foam and caramel drizzle and when I receive my drink none of those things were in there. we ask for a bigger straw because we ordered a Venti Frappuccino and she said they ran out so we asked again to make sure they didn’t have any big straws and she said they don’t have any, so we take the car out of park and the Starbucks lady at the window rolled her eyes at us to one of her colleagues. never going there again very slow service in the drive-through and rude disrespectful people that work there. -1/10 do not recommend. i’ve been to this starbucks multiple times and honestly it’s disgusting the way these employees are treated by managers and the way employees treat each other. i’ve gone inside to study multiple times and the things i’ve seen breaks my heart. the employees are depressed and clearly don’t like their jobs because of the way they are treated, i’ve seen multiple employees bully other employees managers being extremely disrespectful and dismissive to staff. there’s only a handful of a few amazing employees there and they are the ones that are always treated horribly. this starbucks clearly needs to reevaluate the way they treat there employees and actually treat them like...
