Shui Heun Chinese Kitchen — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

Good food. Shitty service. Last time I ordered from here, our food didn't show up for 2 hours. I called them after an hour and 45 mins in and I live about about 3-4 miles away... I would have just gone to pick it up or ask for them to just make another one because it couldnt still be hot but they claimed it would be there any minute each time I called for a 45 mins until it got there. I had to convince the owner that if he doesn't want to give me my meal for free, though he should had offered, I should at least get a discount. He decided he could give me 10 dollars off. The food was obviously cold when it got there. But I have them another chance cause they've been food for years and now This time I order my food, it's here in 25 mins, everything's good until I realize they didn't give me the sweet and sour sauce that comes with the cheese wantons and when I call to ask them for it. They claim it doesn't come with it and never has..... I've been ordering food here for YEARS. the woman I talked to this time was incredibly rude and went back to look at my last order and said that since I didn't even order cheese wontons JUST that last time (ive ordered them about half of the time), then I couldnt know if the sauce comes with it and she refused to give it to me unless I wanted to buy it. We were shopping in the center and decided to try lunch specials here. The line was practically out the door when we walked in. There were 2 people taking orders at the counter and about 7 people cooking and preparing food. I ordered the chicken and broccoli. While the flavor was good, the chicken was mixed tender pieces with stringy, chewy pieces. My husband had the Boneless BBQ spareribs. Very flavorful and tender. The fried rice was okay, could have been darker. The lunch specials came with soup, egg roll or soda. My husband got a soda and I got the Wonton soup, which had 2 wontons. It was as good food that took a longer than the 10 minutes that he said. Nicely packed everything thing in 2 bags, lot better than the average Chineserestaurant. When I got to the car there were no napkins, forks and ect. Every Chinese place I've eaten at will either pack those utensils in the bag, and if not they will point and remind you to pick them up.
