To begin with, EVERYONE at this hotel is very warm and welcoming. They embody the very meaning of the word hospitality. Everyone greets you. All manner of staff say hello and make sure that you get a great feeling being taken care of. From cleaning crew right on up. The people working the front desk are wonderful and friendly and very helpful in any way they can be. This hotel, again, does this better than any other I’ve been to. The check in is the fastest and easiest I have been through. Mere minutes after you are greeted and they have asked for I.D. and a credit card , you’re done! Again simple swift and smart. They patiently and clearly explain the details and any questions you may have are answered. They are all extremely personable and you can tell that they care about what they’re doing, they care about the customer! I met Daniel first. He’s a very charming and funny person. And he continued to be so throughout my stay. Kassidy is one of the supervisors there! She also is wonderful. Bright, competent, confident and down to earth. Nicole the overnight manager is super wonderful. She also is very bright, very funny, and very good at her job! I only sleep but a few hours a night so we encountered each other quite a bit. At first she was concerned about my sleeplessness but soon understood that this was natural for me. After asking me time and again if there wasn’t anything she could do! Wonder Woman and person! And it is the caring way that all of these people do their job that most impressed me! The hotel itself is immaculate! When you walk through the doors you know that it’s very clean! It just smells great! The rooms are smarty appointed, modern and homey! One of their features is a 55” television in all rooms with more than basic cable. The beds are so inviting and appointed with premium linens! The bathroom is simple and clean, with a spa like zen feel! I honestly am amazed how they just do every thing right. I do not work for this hotel nor was I enticed in any way to write this review. I am compelled, however, by the way I feel! Well taken care of, in a beautiful setting that is spotless and inviting! I don't write a lot of reviews, but in this case, I couldn't help myself. I have been staying at this Holiday Inn weekly for two months, because I must spend 2 nights per week here for work. First, the building was recently renovated, and the quality of their work was outstanding. All of the rooms, the lobby and the workout facility are top-notch, clean, bright, fresh and very pleasant. If this is the new Holiday Inn style and quality level, SIGN ME UP! It's also very nice to have a top-notch restaurant right off the lobby!

There are two people who deserve high praise for their professionalism. First is Matt B. In every interaction one of my coworkers and I have had with him, he has made us feel welcome and taken the time to make us feel like we have a special "in" with the company. When we arrive each week, he sees us coming and already has our keys ready. We could literally just walk up to the desk and as we were walking by, our keys were in his outstretched hand, ready for us to go to our rooms. When has anyone had such a nice perk? He also updates me on my IHG points at each stay. It's a little thing, but now I'm tracking when I can get my next reward for a free stay. He is encouraging loyalty, and that's an ideal role for folks like Matt.

Then there is Dani (correct spelling... I checked). She is always checking on us each morning to be sure everything is as it should be. She makes sure we have coffee, sees to any questions about the building and always makes us feel welcome. She is very polite, funny and makes it feel like it is our home away from home.
