Too many mistakes and after well over 20 years patronizing this restaurant weāve had enough. Forget the sauce for the dumplings ādinner ruinedāā, forget the gravy for the Egg Foo Young, another dinner delayed, forget EggRolls, white rice instead of fried rice in combo meals, no gravy in the boneless chicken, over and over again. Yes, weāre the ones every Friday who would spend up too and over $50 dollars on meals 52 weeks a year and lately have had to return to pickup something that you had forgotten. Not once, not twice, but continuously having our dinner interrupted by this BS. Weāve had enough! Your lackluster performance has finally made us move on after decades of spending our hard earned money at your establishment. Yes we are only one family whom will not patronize your business again, and we know itās not going to affect you, but trust me when I say, when you can turn a customer like us away with your poor customer service, you will undoubtedly do it to some else, and another family will have had enough of your BS and divorce themselves like we have, and in the end, you canāt stand there and wonder why? Just go back and read this review and understand in this economy you should have paid better attention to detail. And in closing I have to say there are better options locally for decent Chinese cuisine as well as outstanding customer service. One has got to reach their tolerance limit and simply move on. Not anaphylactic, but get sick. I called to explain, and May I please return what was delivered and go up to store to get new? Offering to bring existing food and go out after delivery. No sneaky intentions. No, Iām wrong, no need to come, etc. so I go (of course, large chicken is not cheap - and thatās just fine! I wait in line patiently, present the chicken - smells fine to them! Asked a super nice gentleman waiting for his meal (after she said I was crazy, and that itās fine). Thank you cool guy! He smelled, and said in earshot to owner - smells like some kind of fish. Upset to make me another but did. She made me smell it, they did swear new wok, etc. still fishy. Not like plug your nose at all, but smelled like shrimp/fish. Bite the bullet, threw out the food I spent money for and delivery, and went to wing wah on old town road up the street. They are great - they just dont deliver - because they are so busy. Owner was so argumentative and took it personally. Itās just dinner. Itās ok. Stuff happens. Ā Ā Ā Read morecalled for delivery, was told 40mins and it took an hour but whatever, start going through food and see MY meal was wrong. i ordered from them once a week, same order every time and sometimes orders $100+ .. but mistakes happen and i understand that. when i called to tell them and request the correct food be brought, the woman was RUDE, didn't apologize ONCE (and this isn't the first time), TRIED TO BLAME ME, and told me i had to come pick it up. when i told her i couldn't (nor should i have to) she responded with "what do you want me to do about it" .. told her to send the guy back with correct order .. she also told me she wanted the wrong item back.
