Kohls continues to go more and more downhill, I am shocked how they can stay open. Dont order anything from their website if you want in a timely fashion. And forget about calling their 800#. It takes FOREVER to get to a human and when it tells you to hit zero ro get to representative, that option doesnt work. Then when you finally get a person they lie about where your packages are. I ordered 3 items over 3 weeks ago. Still havent gotten them. I have called and they lied about them shipping. I asked why I got email about my items being shipped if they havent and the guy ignored my question, just kept telling me they will ship soon. So you get nothing but the runaround. I didnt shop in the store because when I went there I couldn't get any help. The jewelry section has no one working in it, just a sign that says to go to the service desk. The service desk had one person working in it with a huge line of people waiting. Probably to return things because of their negative experiences. My whole experience.........total bull. I will never shop at Kohls again after this. I'd never wish a company to go out of business, but when you do nothing but make your customers have negative experiences...hasta la...
   Read moreI’m giving five stars solely for Neveah. I’m in town on a trip and needed items I forgot to pack. Granted, I entered the store 20 minutes before closing but I knew to be in and out quickly. At 15 minutes before closing I was trying to find items in the Sephora section (never did find that tea tree.) There were two sales people at the counter in Sephora one stated “well I’m off the clock sooo…” and peaced out. No one ever asked me if I needed assistance even thought I was obviously searching for something. I gave up and went to stand in line at around 10/8 minutes to close.
Like I tend to do- I had picked up a tester. Neveah turned to the “Support “ staff person 5 feet to the left for assistance to run the 20 feet to the Sephora area. Neveah had already stated they didn’t know that section well.
After 5 seconds, I realized I could just walk over there and find it. So I did. No one helped me but Neveah. And no one helped Neveah but me, the Customer. What a Shame.

However recently when I was checking out, the customer service clerk became agitated with me to the point that it was very obvious to me as well as shoppers behind me in line. I did address the issue to her and she snickered and shook her head. We had to ask a customer service manager to come over and fix the issue with my purchase and how we rang it up which mind you customer service clerk was agitated about and apparently it was my fault I should know how there system works. Then as she proceeded to give me my receipt she was all smiles and nice as can be like nothing ever happened and ask that I go to the website and fill out a survey on how she did and I thought that was very funny because did she not recall 5 minutes ago. I understand we all have our bad days however what had happened was really neither of our faults just an error that needed to be corrected with the computer. I hope this is not her usual stroke with customers. I really left feeling kind of bad about myself when I should have been...
