Went here today with my boyfriend to resize my ring, not sure what the ladys name was but we were getting helped by a younger lady and she was being understanding about it we wanted to return the ring and get a new one so we save ourselves some money since we both just got ourselves a new place and the extra 60$ wouldnât have hurt to keep and get a new ring since that would have saved us the money instead of paying for the resizing of the ring. The younger lady was helping us once an older lady stepped in after us saying that we would like to return it and get a new one once she walked up to us she started talking over the younger lady and showed us her ring on her hand and told us how much itt meant to her since it was a ring that she had been given to and she payed 700$ to fix it then she looked at my boyfriend and told him that the ring wouldnât mean anything if we would have returned it and gotten a new one in the right size that made me upset that i had to walk out the store and made my boyfriend be pressured to spend more money. in first place she should not have stepped in and said something like that its really rude and unprofessional!! terrible customer service definitely not...
Read moreMy husband and I had an amazing experience yesterday at Kay Jewelers in Appleton on Calumet St. The Sales Manager (Dalton (?)) was absolutely phenomenal!! He helped us through the whole process of trading in my engagement ring and wedding band for an updated ring. He understood the sentimental value of what my original ring was to me and my husband. We decided to explore the route of seeing some new rings and OH BOY did the Sales Manager AB-SO-LUTELY NAIL some ring choices!! The first ring he showed us was exactly like my original ring; but the more mature version. Oh, and it was the ring that we chose in the end; my eyes couldnât stop looking at it! I cannot stress enough how much Dalton made this experience fun, informative, personal, and the best time Iâve had buying something that will stay with me forever. It felt like we were family and he only wanted the best for us. Oh, and did I mention we laughed the whole time we were there?
My husband I will always be loyal customers of Kayâs if you keep employing people like Dalton! P.S. The man deserves a raise or...
Read moreThey seem to be adjusting their times as if its a mom and pop store and someone felt like closing early. Very frustrated that we called several times and nobody answered the phone and the business has no recording for open times. How is anyone realistically going to shop here when they change the hours randomly and have no platform to inform customers? We arrived when Google said it was open to find manual printed signs on the doors.
Epic fail Kay Jewelers. Apparently my fiancee and I's kiss won't ever begin with Kay.
PS. Its extremely difficult to find your entrance. 15 minutes to drive there by GPS. 10 minutes to find your specific store front once GPS is done. The sign on the front of your store is not visible from east bound Calumet. I only knew were you were because the map said you were by A&W. When I got to the entrance roads, your sign is actually behind the bank driveway leading an unknowing person to turn down the incorrect un-connected parking lot. I might suggest putting a sign by your actual entrance to your...
