Cicero Estates Apartment Complex is a good find for anyone looking for mid to long term apartment living with an exceptional central location so you can be on 81, 481 or the Thruway within minutes!

Tim (The Owner) is firm, serious, yet fair. When I had my stove break, he immediately replaced it with a new stove my son and I use everyday cooking and or baking in the oven. Deb (The 2nd in command) is also very fair, very understanding, a welcome pleasure to deal with, especially since she runs everything else.

The complex itself is quiet, regularly cleaned on schedule, always plowed and always landscaped on schedule. For possible parent(s) of 1-2 kids, it’s a great spot to live because you are in an excellent school district with the best elementary and middle grade schools for certain!

Cicero Estates is centrally located to all the major destinations you’d want from Target, a 24hr Walmart, Home Depot, 6-7 banks, a plethora of standard quick food / delivery options, to your premium quick food options plus your standard, good restaurant options, (we even frequently get the first top level XYZ companies, especially food wise, due to the ideal location Cicero attracts).

You have great convenience stores and gas stations like Byrne Dairy (my personal savior), Fastrac, etc, where you can grab gas plus essentials in a pinch! You can even walk to them in 8 minutes! I’ve lived here for 4 or 5 years now.

While the rent price has gone up over the years, (I won’t answer or speak to figures), the rental price is spot on regarding price point. Lastly, if I recall, I think you’ll need first + last + deposit + a thourough application process, no sec 8, no pets, but again, those are things you can inquire about when you call, this is just a review from a happy renter!
