As we are at the end of our Great Lent and abstaining from meat the only place where I could try something in Vegetarian was Sapori by Antonio with a Pizza made as per my choice. The ingredients used was Black Olives, Tomatoes, Green & Red Bell Pepper, Onions, Mushrooms, Cheese . The end product was a real treat to the Eyes & Stomach. As a Complimentary I got a Sesame Seed Bread baked by the Chef Mr. Antonio himself. Do not miss this place at Cicero, Bridgeport very close to the Holiday Inn Hotel.

Sapori is my go-to spot every time I'm in the Cicero area. The pizza is phenomenal (especially the cheese pizza) and every pasta dish I've tried has been very good; I highly recommend the fettuccine Alfredo. They've recently changed locations and no longer offer the full dine-in experience they used to, but they still have a couple tables available if someone is looking to stay and eat.

We stopped here by chance when travelling. The food was wonderful--my wife and I each had pasta dishes--and family that owns it were amazingly kind and attentive. I wish it was closer to where we live as we would be regulars.

Absolutely excellent food with service that somehow tops it. Expect mounds Italian morsels to engulf your mouth and enliven your pallet. Sapori By Antonio is the perfect name, as he does create dishes exploding with flavor. And do not expect small portions just because they're offering up gourmet cuisine. The pasta is always prepared perfectly with plenty of fare, and unlike so many other places, they never skimp on ingredients in their pasta dishes (even when it's seafood!!!). And if you don't want to sit in, just get a pizza to go. Either the Margarita or Antonio's favorite are excellent choices. Know that your pizza will be golden and crisp, made perfect even on days where there are lines out the door and perfect pizza would seem impossible. I've always received primo service. A spacious fine dining room invites you to conversate over appetizers before your meal and digest with coffee and canoli after. The waitstaff are so nice and so helpful and always make the wife and I feel comfortable and taken care of. Simply Impeccable staff even at the counter where they are always enthusiastic and ready to help, giving me full attention even when it seems like they should be overwhelmed. Of all the times I've ordered or eaten here only twice I've had to wait a bit of extra time, once dining and once, just yesterday, ordering out and I'm telling you Antonio himself took care of the issue very quickly and was overly fair. What's amazing is that yesterday I saw him rush the order and it was still perfect! Honestly, if you live in the Syracuse area then make the trip. You cannot be disappointed, it's...

First time visitors. As we often drive through rt31, we happened to spot this very small, tucked in the middle of a nearly empty plaza, pizza joint.

Mostly take out. Not sure about delivery services.

Couple days later we placed a pickup order for a large Neapolitan, with mushrooms and pepperoni and a large garden salad, with their own homemade Italian dressing.

As we are always searching for great pizza since we moved back to New York, I can honestly say we are thrilled we found this place.

The young lady who took my order over the phone was pleasant and very accommodating, and didn’t rush me off the phone.

Their menu far exceeds being just a pizza joint, but for now we just tried the pie and the salad.

In short, the pizza was outstanding as was the large garden salad.

Let’s talk about that salad. For $7.50, we got a very large “garden” salad that was far from the norm.

This thing was packed with fresh greens, assorted veggies, cauliflower etc.

This was so close to being called a large chefs salad, just missing the protein.

First glance, this place was very clean and well organized. But the star was the pie. Absolutely spot on and we are in the process of trying them all.

From their on-line menu:

Neapolitan thin crust large 16”Pizza $15.50

Garden Salad Field greens, tomato, roast peppers, olives, onions, giardiniera. $7.50

Both items were worth every penny. Highly recommended and we will be back to start sampling the other items on their extensive menu.

Give this gem a try, you won’t be...

Let me start with the food. Its prepared fresh but it takes forever and it's just okay for me. Maybe we should have stayed with the tried and true. Vegetables served with the scallops were tastless and mushy and were not seasoned right and what should have been a wine sauce, it did not exist. Scallops were seared well and tasted fresh though. Veal cutlets were too thick and very chewy. The breading on them was soggy and bland. Best part were the dinner rolls. Now to service: while everyone was pleasant, it was a pure chaos. Our reservations were for 8 PM, we stood there for over 20 minutes just to have all service stuff nod their head and repeating "someone will be right with you". Took forever to get seated it seemed the reservations were just for fun. Food took over an hour and to our disappointment it did not taste good enough to compensate for the wait. The staff was randomly bringing dishes to wrong tables, then going around and asking "did you order this"? I was really disappointed how unorganized everyone was and it...
