The homegoods at Nanuet NY doesn’t seem to have good collection of items. I see other homegoods at other locations has so many beautiful stuff than this one. The store is always messy and sometimes the staffs are so loud and rude. A particular incident which made me to write this, I bought a grounded Starbucks coffee from homegoods Nanuet NY the other day and when I got home, I noticed that the seal was broken or someone had opened it. So I took it to return it the next day and the cashier was asking another cashier about the scenario and she sounded completely rude. She passed comments like “ this is what everyone say that the seal was broken and etc”..and she said “This is the one time we would refund you but not again” ...I was completely shocked how she reacted. She was not polite at all in explaining their rules but just sounded so harsh.. I avoid going to this homegoods, rather happy shopping in tjmax and...

I just finished paying a $390 order. I asked them if I can leave my cart there for 1 hour cause I didn't know that you can't return Marshall's stuff. I don't own a car. I wanted to go with an Uber return my items and come back. The answer was A Nasty NO from the manager himself!! I indeed left the full paid cart of 2 hour shopping in the store. I asked for a refund and I'm on my way to Marshall's to do my return.

I was already by alot homegoods stores. Never did I had such an experience.

Bye Nanuet homegoods.... Never again...

From all homegoods I have ever been so far Middletown Homegoods would be the winner!!! It pays a trip. You won't regret. Organized, great customer service , beautiful display!!

Love all the items always. Been a loyal customer/ patron for years as we love shopping here. We enjoyed our sprees with my friends here a lot. Unfortunately on 4/23/2022 late morning, the 2 staff people in the check out/ cashiers were rude and left us feeling discriminated against.The lady with a dyed blonde short cut curly hair(#1 cashier machine…. She must be the store manager ) was discourteous and condescending. We were asking a question as we were paying. We were abhorred by her unprofessional rude response. Likewise with the young lady cashier with curly dark hair next to her(#2 cashier machine) who was discourteous too as she was following the other lady responses. We felt compelled to alert other customers so they don’t experience this matter at...
