Let's start off by saying that I've always been a Pizza Hut fan, as contreversial as that may be. However, this location is horrendous. Its been here for at least 30 years? and not only looks it inside and out, but the service is horrendous. I'm not hating on the staff as people, but service is extremely slow, process of ordering and picking up is awful and the inside of the restaurant looks like its a warehouse, with random junk in corners. The 1 worker visible at the register didn't address the line, didn't seem to go back and get more help and didn't even show much emotion. She had an overwhelmed look on her face and was just slowly taking 1 at a time. If shes going to the back, idk why she couldn't take a bunch at a time or why staff from the back couldn't help her with this enormous line.
I went last Tuesday for the first time in awhile to pick up an online order that said it was ready. When I got there at the time I selected (6pm), there was a 4-5 car line at the drive through, so I decided to run in. As I go in, there is a HUGE line out the door, with 1 person working the drive through and 1 person at the counter. People were walking in to sit down and no one went over or assisted them. They got up to find someone a few times, but the 1 person at the counter was overwhelmed. She would ask the person's name, look up the order and walk into the back to get it. This went on 1 at a time as she came out with that person's food. I waited in line with everyone else picking up an order from 5:59pm to 6:46pm.
I left feedback and emailed Pizza Hut and unshockingly heard nothing. I think I'm done with this Pizza...

He said call Pizza Hut. So I called the Rt 59 store@6:30. I was told they’d “try” to remedy and send the right pizza. Weather and use of 3rd party delivery made it difficult to give me an accurate ETA, which I understood. @7:23 another text confirming Pizza Hut order would be delivered by DoorDash. Great! @7:24 I received another text that the order would be delivered 7:46-8:15. Ok, no problem. By 8:41 the Pizza Hut site showed driver heading to the store to pick up the pizza. @8:57 I called Pizza Hut and was told no one arrived to pick up the pizza, but someone would deliver it within 30min. @9:23 Pizza Hut called to say the driver called out and no one would deliver the pizza. I was offered a store credit but declined, requesting a refund instead. The agent asked for my card details and said the manager would issue the refund by today. Credit hasn’t been applied. I called the store asked to speak to a manager and was told no manager or supervisor was on site. I asked for the number to corporate but the young woman didn’t know and couldn’t find the info. She told me she “thinks a manager will be in later” and to call back @4:30. Asked for a name, but she wasn’t sure which manager would be there. This is unacceptable behavior for any establishment! Read moreThe level of incompetence of the workers in this store is mind boggling. We placed an online order at about 6:30 p.m. on 3/21/25. My son went to pick it up, got home and found that they gave us the wrong order. My wife called the store and complained to the manager. He apologized and said he would remake the order immediately and we could come back to pick it up. My son returned at about 7:20 p.m. The worker he spoke to was unaware of the situation and said he would check. He came back and said they would start the order now. After a half hour, the order wasn't ready. My son tried speaking to a different worker who literally just shrugged his shoulders and told him he had no info about the order. He asked for the manager, who did not come out for a half hour. He apologized and said he had to remake a second order (probably the people whose order we originally got) and it got mixed up. He said our order was in progress and on top of giving the food, he would refund the entire cost to us. Another half hour went by still no food. Manager nowhere to be found. My son finally got a hold of another worker who told him that the order wasn't being made because he was given a refund and you don't get both, a refund and the food. After waiting for 1 1/2 hours - more than 2 hours after we originally placed the order - we left with absolutely no food. Went across the street to Posa and got a pizza...
