Oops, nope they don’t sell “collectibles” or the items they sell are not considered collectible?? Anyway, I wanted to buy a POP, which was overpriced by about $2 - $3. The box was creased on either side, probably by mishandling. I asked if they would take a little off as the box was damaged.

The employees smirked and said “we don't sell those as a collectible, so no we can’t take anything off. So I placed the item in the cash wrap and made my way out the door.

Sat in the parking lot and bought the same COLLECTIBLE on Amazon with a protective case $2 cheaper and I’ll have it in two days.

Good luck Comix Zone, BTW when I search collectible stores in Syracuse your store comes up…you should probably fix that as to not lure collectors in your store, just an FYI.

I've shopped here on and off over the years, mostly for Warhammer 40,000 products. They have a decent selection of things to pick from and although they don't always have what I need they reorder regularly. I can't say The same for some other stores in the area.

The staff is both friendly and helpful and more often than not the clientele present in the store playing various games are as well. There is a great selection of other products including board games, card games, role playing games, and as the name implies comic books as well as books, graphic novels, and manga. There is a gaming area that customers can use to play various games as well. It includes a decent selection of terrain for miniatures games. Comix Zone is my first pick for local stores when it comes to...

My service experience from comixzone has been great. Orders are sent as soon as they are filled. Books come well packaged and in excellent condition. I have never had a book removed from my order due to shortage. The free shipping at $75 coupled with free bags and boards and flat %20 off make this one of the most affordable mail order online shops. Unfortunately I can only use this site to fill in any back order books I have missed, because of how tedious it is to pre-order books. Hoping the owners see this feedback and implement a better solution to pre-order books on the site. Would love for this to be my one stop for all my comic needs.
