All was going great until I showed up 30 mins early for my appointment over the 2018 Christmas holidays but did not actually make it in to my appointment until 20 mins later. Which was neither of us fault. She told me to come back 3 hrs later and due to my anxiety shooting through the roof (which she would not have known) I told her nope I can't do this, just put it off. And I left. Today was the first time I went back to set up an appointment, my mom has been going because my daughter has been taking her. I have been battling migraines for months and trying to take care of my mom at the same time. Today I show up and miss Mindy obviously took what happened over the holidays personal, because she had an attitude like I crossed her or something... We had an appointment, I was late, u took another customer, u offered to take me later, but I couldn't wait. U still made your money and I'm the one who lost out and now I showed up to make an appointment and there was attitude? still have love for you, cause what do you do with people who are thin skinned, and their professionalism only goes so far? You know, you just move on. I feel all is good and you have more growing up to do :-) Bless u Mindy Girl...im just Smiling? Because where one door closes, a even greater one opens up!...

Great first visit! I'm so happy to have found Mindy. I have ANC nails and my natural nails are fairly long. She did a great job, good coverage, thickness and most importantly shape!! Staff are friendly and courteous too. The only reason that I give it 4 stars is because the staff talks a lot in their native language. I don't mind, especially when they seemed happy and were joking. Yet when all of technicians are laughing and NONE of the customers are... it gets a bit awkward. Went there last week...after waiting for over 25 minutes inside the salon to get ANC, a lady that came 15 minutes after me was selected for service and I was still left to wait. They did this with 2 other people who were supposedly waiting before but were shopping in the mall. The lady at the front desk should have addressed me before the lady that came after me but I felt like a jerk saying anything as it wasn't the customer's fault so I just got up and walked out.
