Spencer's — Local services in Town of Colonie

Went to this location a over a month ago and one of the female staff members (not sure if it was owner or someone else) was following customers around the store and constantly watching them. They asked a customer to show what was in their bag and the customer showed there was no merchandise taken at all. Totally unnecessary - did not feel welcomed here at all. It seems stores at this mall location aren't getting as much business as they used to for a reason. I advise to please go to the Spencer's in Crossgates if you need to visit one in person - much friendlier staff and larger...

Was told a manager would pick up an item for me from a different Spencers so I didn't have to order online. Asked if I could come anytime after Thanksgiving and was told yes. Went in today to pick up my order and the guy behind the counter didn't know what I was talking about. Turns out the person never went and brought my item to the store in Colonie yet. Wasted 20 minutes trying to find parking and make my way to the store, just to be told I will have to make another trip to Colonie Center because they didn't do what they said they were going to...
