I can’t say enough great things about Matt Borenz, Store Manager at the Wautoma, WI location! My husband I came into the store on Saturday looking for help on an on-line 3 phone order that was all “balled up”! Matt spent 4 hours with us unraveling the issues while juggling multiple other customers at the same time. How he kept his cool is beyond me. I know if the situation were reversed, I wouldn’t have handled it as calmly as he did. He then followed up with a phone call later that day to make sure our new phones were working properly. Wow! I needed to buy a new cell phone within 24 hours. So pleased with the service and professionalism I received from Justin. He was so patient and able to explain all of the different options. He was even able to keep my same low cost Verizon plan and found a deal for me to upgrade to a new phone for a very good promo rate that saved me a lot of money! I cannot express enough how much I have appreciated how much Matt has helped me. He is extremely knowledgeable and he has very good communication skills.
