Our custom built 2 piece garage was delivered and installed perfectly. I have 1 demand when doing business with anyone, Communication. It needs to be early, often and work both ways. A+ with special gratefulness to the entire team that helped provide this outstanding building. From Toni, delivery driver, the pad specialist, the build leads, and even the last 2 gentleman here till 9:30 pm finishing the details, they were so informative, answering all my questions and even non project questions about other things on my to do list. I am so grateful to have worked with BMB on this project and have even asked for a few estimates on additional work to help finish off this overall project. I was amazed by the 1 person who was able to deliver both halves and place them side by side so perfectly all the crew had to do was screw them together to tighten the seem up. We had a few people passing by stop to take a look and ask questions, one left saying he was going to order 1 just like ours. I have been considering this project for over 4 years now and estimates for stick built on site have always been out of budget and this came in just under so of course I had to move quick and was able to add on several wish list items like windows, electric everywhere, and a multi-purpose room. I have been looking at putting a custom made shed on our property for over a year. I had questions about where it could go and how to prepare the site. I had no problem finding custom shed builders online, but I wanted to talk to someone face to face. I found Wisconsin Backyard Sheds while looking for custom builders closer to our property. I requested a quote using the convenient online tool. I didn’t put much thought into my selections because I just wanted to get a general idea of the cost. Minutes later I received a call from Toni. She just asked if I had any questions. I asked if she was on the lot on a Saturday. She told me her hours and I was excited to be able to talk to someone face to face. I asked my wife to come with me with the intention of having her select colors, style, and dimensions. I would get my questions answered and we could put a design on file to be ordered at a latter date. Toni talked to us about the warranty on the roof and siding. She told us about how Bruce Mound Builders stand behind their buildings. Toni’s enthusiasm for Bruce Mound rubbed off on us. We decided to place the order the same day. Our shed was delivered last week. We couldn’t be happier. The shed was placed about ¼ mile off the road. I feel bad it took so long to write this review. I have had multiple transactions with Toni going back almost 3 years. When I first moved to Waushara County, I needed a shed fast to get rid of the expensive rental of my POD. Toni set me up with deal on a shed that met my needs that was already built and on her lot. She worked with the county providing everything they needed to get my permit squared away while I was actually doing the paperwork at City Hall. From the gravel pad to delivery of the shed was super-fast and the builder came out after delivery to add an additional door to better suit my requirements. Quality and attention to detail made look as if the door was original and was there from day one. I have since been back to purchase furniture not once but twice and once again quality and customer service were top notch. I also enjoy her expanded inventory since first discovering Wisconsin Backyard Sheds. Definitely worth your time to stop by if you're in the market for anything you need for your outdoor space.
