Thank You Horseless Carriage for taking such good care of my car in such a speedy manner. I had called in panicking over a "Check Charging System" light in my car. I had my daughter with her 2 year old and newborn visiting on that cold December day and couldn't take a chance on us leaving town as planned once I saw that. So Pat had me stop in to see if it was indeed the alternator he suspected, but telling me that he wouldn't have time to put one in that day.So visiting Auntie Kathie would have to wait for another day. But after he checked it out, and seeing it would be a fast fix because of the alternators location in my car, he made a few calls for the best price on the part, got it to his shop , and popped it in. I know he squeezed my car in between jobs and I couldn't be more thankful. He even sent me on my way with a power pack for jumping my car in case our short trip didn't charge the battery enough. Now that is caring customer service.So I made an appointment for the following week for and oil change and to have some tires put on. Thanks Again, Loyal...

I can't say enough to express my appreciation for this shop. Our family was recently heading through town when we had a mechanical issue. The shop was very busy one of the owners wanted to help us out as best he could. He secured the part for me and called around to other shops to see if anyone could get us in and on the road. No one else could. After realizing our options were limited he took on the job himself while his shop guys were at lunch. He got us back on the road and heading to tour Lambeau Field. We were in the Wautoma area on a family getaway on Labor Day weekend 2025 and our Silverado wouldn't start. No one could get us in, but the owner here said they were booked but under the circumstances would do what he could to help us out.
