This is a mixed review. On January 9th I bought a Vinci's with batteries and 2 juice for over $100. The guy who helped me couldn't have been nicer. He showed me how everything worked and was patient. I give him 5 stars. Today however, I went in because the unit itself shows that it's charging even if it's not plugged in. He told me there was nothing he could do. If it broke in 3 days then he might have been able to do something. I own my own business and I am 52 years old. I always buy the newest gadgets and was honestly looking forward to being a customer here. I can't now. I can't do business with someone who doesn't back up their products. Now I can't recommend them and it makes me a little sad....

Yolo vape shop is one of my favorite places to go to buy my vape stuff. Let me tell you they know how exactly everything works, and they have everything you need when it comes to vaping and hooka etc. the guy bashar is the man, he’s a good man and is really nice to his customers, and has the best price compared to other vape stores!.
