Happy to leave Thruway Stone a 5 star review! From the salesman we worked with when we walked into the store, to the staff who worked up multiple quotes multiple ways and then had to redo them because life intervened past 60 days, to the very professional and personable gentleman who did the template, and finally to the installers, 5 stars all the way. We had a great tour of the facility, loved seeing their collection of large slabs, brought home samples, and are so happy with our choice. We had a lot of input from our sales person who was very knowledgeable, happy to brainstorm, and problem solve with us. Over the next few months any questions I emailed to Thruway were promptly answered. The installers arrived on time, introduced themselves and did a beautiful job putting everything in place. They had a few issues to work carefully around and had no problems. I have samples of paint on our MBR bathroom walls, thus the strange angle showing our new counter. Same thing with our guest bath. Lots of repair work to be done, but I really love the way the quartz ties things together. Paint...

They will assist and guide you every step of the way to make the experience straightforward and easy. I can honestly say every single interaction with anyone at Thruway Stone has been professional, straightforward and so easy. They truly have accommodated our needs and exceeded our expectations! I don't think I could use enough adjectives to describe what a wonderful experience having Thruway Stone do my countertops was! Dave and his crew, Zack and Brian, were professional, helpful, hardworking, thoughtful and just wonderful to work with! It was one of the best experiences I've had working with a contractor ever.. or possibly the best one! I highly recommend this company. From my visit when picking out my countertop, to the measurements that Aaron took, through to the installation, all of it and went smoothly and beautifully!
