After going back and forth with a lot of other mills as we are nervous with heart pine flooring and asking questions and turning us away because of a small job or saying we had to many questions. This mill was complete opposite and AMAZING! All the way from the care they take from sample packaging, quote process, to the order taken, updates on delivery, and the product itself is gorgeous , the product went together very nicely we purchased a heart pine engineered floor and looks seamless the color is the right color tone for the wood as well! Pioneer Millworks had great customer service and a great product. They were very responsive during the initial pricing and upon placing the order. They also followed up upon delivery to make sure everything arrived safely and as ordered.
