Subway — Restaurant in Town of Farmington

I walked in to order my sandwich, as I was doing so the person behind the counter (nametag said Tonya) had just opened the cash register. She was obviously getting ready to do a cash drop. She saw me but ignored me...and then at a snail’s pace counter her money, double checked everything...I was at the counter over 4 minutes before she even once acknowledged my presence (I was the only one in the store). In a not so friendly voice, she did say, "Sorry for the wait, what can I get you?" I place my order. As she was putting on the condiments, I asked for heavy black olive. Her response as she is pointing to the empty bin where the olives should be, "We are out of black olives." "Completely out of black olives?" I asked. Without a word, she walks away (I assume to get some black olives). After waiting 2 minutes, still no sign of her, so I walked out of the store. I will call and speak to the manager in...

Just stopped in and ordered 2 footlong subs...the 2 guys working were very friendly, however, my Turkey melt wasn't toasted AT ALL!?! It pretty much ruined the sandwich...melted cheese all over mushy bread...very disappointing to say the least. Oh and we didn't realize that they "toast" their sandwiches WITH the vegetables on them!?! Strange. We know better than to go to Subway but sometimes we're just too tired to stress over dinner. Probably will not be back anytime soon. There's an issue every time we go to this location...

Amy made our subs tonight. She did an awesome job making sure my chicken breast was heated through. They were well organized subs and were delicious. We bought footlongs because of a texted coupon. We wanted to only eat a 6" and bring the other halves home. She was the one who offered to wrap them up for us and place half in a basket for eating at their store. Our sauce was put in a little to go container so our take home sub for tomorrow wouldn't be soggy. How thoughtful, polite and well...
