Worst store/redemption center I have ever been to! I already do not purchase products from them after finding numerous out dated products in their store. Especially after mentioning it them and then watching them put it back on the shelves instead of pulling them. I however continued using the redemption center due to closeness which yes I should have known better seeing how they run the store. Well after starting to realize I was being shorted on cans I decided I would do a count at the redemption center myself. After my count I had my fiancee count without telling her my count and she came up with the same number. I even stated to the gentleman my count before he proceeded to count thinking hey they won't short us this time. Well I was wrong. He ended up stating less than what we both counted. Upon saying something to him he said I will recount. This time he actually said his count was wrong and gave us a even lower number by not counting two whole boxes of water bottles. When I said something to him he stated that was not yours. That is another customers. I even told the woman behind the counter in the store who told us she dnt care and won't do anything about it and said she will believe him over us. Basically calling us liars. I will never use this business ever again and will file a complaint as well. Please do not let your hard money go to waste on such a...

I've been going here for the 10 years I've lived in the area. I stock up for parties, stock up for myself and go out of my way to stop by if I'm bringing beer to a party or friend's. I go in about twice a week. They've always had a good selection with friendly service....from the ladies I've bought bad or "skunked" beer a few times. It's always been no big deal to exchange. This time the gentleman was in charge and he didn't believe me. It turned into a thing and it was a drag. I felt that if I said the beer is past it's prime it should be automatic to let me exchange for something.l; I'm a pretty good customer. "It l looks good to me" & "it tastes good to me" seem ridiculous while I stand there. It was warm and it was clearly past it's prime and did not taste like Smuttynose Finest Kind IPA does. I had to pressure for the exchange. Finally I took the same beer as it was from a different batch

Now I need to find another place and that sucks

Went back after a long while. Some ipa on sale in the fridge. Got some Corona too.

Stupid me buys the sale beer. I'm overcharged by 10 bucks, work it out at the register, the guy doesn't want to admit it.

I get home, the ipa is skunked. Horrible. These people knowingly try to move spoiled product while crapping on you about it.

There only getting 1 star because 0 isn’t an option. Saturday I bought a case of “happy dads” the case was 3 months past the expiration date which I did. Ot realize until I got home. It was a variety pack with 3 cans of each flavor, or so I thought. When I opened the case, the watermelon cans had been removed and replaced with 3 of the other flavor. Also the expiration dates on the bottom of the cans did not match any of the other cans or the case itself. I tried one of them as I love happy dads, and it smelled like paint and gave me diarrhea. Once every few years I try going there and the beer is always skunked. That will be the last experience I have with...
