Tradicionez Latin Cuisine Restaurant & Bar — Restaurant in Town of Fishkill

I ordered the Peruvian dish called Lomito Saltado which is one of my favorite dishes and dining here reminded me again why I love this dish so much. The steak was tender and fries had a great flavor along with the rice cooked perfectly. My daughter had the cheeseburger cooked medium and she was surprised at having finished it because the burger dish was a generous serving but it was too good not to finish. We felt right at home dining at Tradicionez, I can’t wait to return and try the Ceviche Peruano Mixto which has leche de tigre—I just had this in Ecuador for the first time—I am SUPER excited to try it...

Stopped in tonight and ordered takeout from here for the first time. I would definitely love to come back and dine in, the dining room is lovely and comfortable. The staff was friendly as well. Wait time was not long at all for my Arroz con Pollo. Meal was delicious, generous portions, fresh vegetables, and great flavors. The only recommendation I would have is for if I was to dine in the scent boosters (maybe Febreeze plug ins?) are very strong and may not be necessary as the food itself probably smells amazing! Tradicionez is a must-visit in the plaza! The friendly staff welcomed my family with a smile and made us feel right at home. The Pina Colada was creamy and dreamy, and the blackberry smoothie was delicious. The inside had simple but beautiful decorations. My toddler even noted that even "the bathroom was beautiful." The Latin-inspired dishes were flavorful and authentic, but it was the warm service that truly made our experience special. 5 stars and highly recommended for a taste of Latin...
