Renata (the older woman) is extremely rude and unhelpful. On one occasion I had a package delivered there, she told me that it wasn't there, after only spending 30 second to look. Tracking said it was delivered. I started a claim and then a couple hours later the older gentleman called and said it was indeed at the store. On another occasion I had two Amazon returns. One item showed tracking, and had reached the destination, the other didn't show any tracking and I was waiting on a $600 refund. She said give it a day or two because they only send out full boxes to Amazon, so one may have gone before the other. Two days later, still no tracking. I asked her to check and see if the item may have been left behind or if I could get it back, and choose another return option; she refused to look. She said there were too many packages to look through and it wasn't worth her time. I call Amazon to file a claim and three days later, they have the item and I get my refund. There was something very valuable that I bought on Amazon that I was not going to show to a stranger. In my experience, UPS always delivers late. Spend your money wisely on FedEx or USPS. I paid for a next day air delivery and it will be delivered in four days. If you request the package to be delivered to a UPS hub, you have to pay more. They will always attempt deliveries while you are working and return to sender after three failed attempts. FedEx does deliver after work if you ask them. All the packages that I sent to Puerto Rico are late. Their costumer service always tells me there is nothing they can do. I try to avoid this delivery company as much as possible and I ask sellers online NOT to deliver with them. I suggest you do the same thing. It is so frustrating being told by Amazon that I can set back 5 unopened curtain panels in one box. I get to the UPS store and am told they will not send it out because I have two QR codes. Never offering a solution,....just saying they won't do it. I even had the operator from Amazon say it can be done. Still UPS said they won't do it. The Fishkill store absolutely stink. This is not the first time I have trouble with them. I was told if a box is opened, which by the way, they had to opened it so I could separate the order into two boxes, that I would have to tape it up.
