This store has the absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced. The first time was months ago and I just let it slide. Today it happened again and I’m almost positive it was the same woman but they don’t wear name tags. She is rude and most of the time didn’t make sense about the topic. I bought a metal container that was priced and inside were additional containers that were each wrapped in plastic and cardboard and inside those containers there was another set of smaller ones. NONE of the containers inside had price tags as it was a complete set. They told me AFTER I paid for everything and got my receipt that if it was a set it would say on the bottom, then proceed to remove each canister and unwrap them while I just stood there. No one apologized for the inconvenience. Not once did they say they would need to charge for each item OR let me just keep the set and just say they would need to adjust the remainder of these items in the shelf so they are marked correctly. I ended up just returning the entire purchase of items I had and spoke my piece to the manager. I would highly suggest a different store if you want employees that know how to talk to customers...

"At Home" the corporation themselves and their policies, I will not give them business ever again. Found some barstools I really liked, but only one was in stock. Fine, I wanted 4, so I asked if they could have some shipped to store, with added money I'd even pay to do so. No go, they don't do that. Fine, can they see if they will be getting anymore in or if their distributor can get more in. No they don't do that. Fine, I can place an order for a store 2 hours away to get these barstools Okay. We can go down in 4 days time or less because of our busy schedules (already placed the order and paid for them). Fine, Right? No. Since I didn't get there within a 24 hour period they cancelled my order (without telling me) and put the barstools back out in the showroom and they sold. It wasn't until my girlfriend was down there making the 2 hour trek that we found out they sold the items I had...
Read moreThe store is big plenty of stuff warehouse style. The store wasn't the problem it's one person in general. Last Friday he was in the middle of scanning product for me a new person came in and he was more concerned with calling for a manager to help the new person he wasn't able to multi task he sat there for about 5 minutes calling for a manager without finishing up scanning the products. I figured I'd let it slide
I came back again on Wednesday to purchase something he was to busy listening to his radio forgot to scan my products going back and forth from his register to the other register. Didn't tell me what the total was expected me to pay I couldn't see a price. So I paid. I asked for a receipt and a bag he was to occupied listening to the radio I asked again and he threw everything in the bag and rudely handed me the bag.
