August Haven — Local services in Town of Grand Chute

I purchased my new couch from August Haven a few weeks ago and the experience was good. I went back to look for coffee tables, end tables, lamps, ect. What a different experience. Colleen was so rude and dismissive, she asked if we had any questions and then when we did she followed someone else around the store. My husband eventually asked if she was able to tell us the answer to our question, she gave us a quick and unclear answer and essentially shooed us out of the store. I really liked a piece I had seen so I went back with some friends the next day hoping to see someone else. The same rude woman, Colleen was there and when I asked a follow up question from the day before she was beyond rude. My two friends who were with me were appalled when we got back in the car. Perhaps she needs some time off to regroup and work on her customer...

Elena is a rock star! We just bought our very first home and really didn’t even know where to start. Elena took such great care of us from day 1, with helping pick out potential fabrics and colors. While we took home swatches she put together a 3D representation of the different furniture in our space so we could pick the perfect set up. Then she helped us pick out the perfect pillows (this was the really fun part). She offered honest feedback, was great with answering questions and addressing any concerns. When I asked her for rug recommendations she went looked up several options prior to us arriving and made it easy to pick one. She was aware of our price points and we never felt pressured to overspend, etc. We are looking forward to using her design services later on....

I walked into August Haven and I was greeted by Angela. Angela was so pleasant and knowledgeable and her listening and communication skills made my search for a sofa enjoyable and fun. Angela is the main reason I bought from August Haven and did not continue my search at other furniture stores. After my initial in-store visit, Angela continued her search for the perfect fabric and color combinations for my room and corresponded promptly via email. Besides Angela being fantastic, I ended up with an excellent sale price from August Haven. Now if only the pandemic and every other natural disaster was not causing projected delays in delivery... but I knew...
