A bit peeved. Initially we stopped in to look at the Purple 3 mattress and purple base. We figured it would be a bit quicker than ordering online because we could just take it home from the store. At the end of the purchase we were told they arent in stock and someone will be reaching out to us later in the week to schedule delivery. No big deal because we would have had to wait online I suppose. (We ordered it on Sunday Feburary 17th)
After no one reached out I called back one week later to make sure they had our correct phone number. The sales associate said he will make a note on our account and give us a call with an update mid week once he has time to look into the order. That way we would have an idea what's going on with the shipping timeframe. No call back was received.
I then waited until the weekend to call back and expressed I was just checking on to see if there is any ETA on the mattress. The associate replied he has no way of knowing when they will be in and that they are being delayed but will call me as soon as he has any updates. I was not too hopeful at this point but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Maybe the associate from the week prior just forgot.
It has been yet another week. Mid week I replied to the invoice email with a sales associate tied to it and included the general email for the store expressing my frustration with the situation. I am not sure if this email was received as I have no reply from it. I just wish the expectation was set initially that it will be a delay.
