Absolutely ridiculous. How this company is even still in business I haven't the slightest clue. Bought my daughter a pair of bracelets for her birthday. Got the warranty incase they break. Smart choice ( or so i thought) because she's 6 and broke one within the 1st couple days of having them. Brought it back in to get a replacement and they don't have it in stock (only place that has ong is greenbay). K fine. No big deal. I'll just keep an eye out till it come back in and switch it out then. Wrong. It has now been a month and I'm told that it's not in stock anywhere and there's nothing they can do. My only options are to buy something else at 30% off, of get in store credit for what I paid for the broken bracelet. On top of that, the guy who was being helped ahead of me brought in a broken necklace (this was apparently the second time it broke). Did you know that you can only utilize your lifetime warranty once? Then you have to pay the difference for a new piece plus pay for another lifetime warranty on said new piece. Will never be shopping there again. I dont think the guy in front of me will be either as we both left with our broken...

Went and bought a chain about 6 years ago. Lady told me when I bought it that there is a lifetime guarantee on my chain. If I lose my receipt to not worry because they'll always have my name and number. Took it back because it broke. They ask for a receipt. I don't have one but I gave them my phone number. Not in the system. Than I have them my name. I wasn't in the system. Than they tell me that they "updated" their system. Isn't a lifetime guarantee a lifetime guarantee? Unless the woman lied to me at the point of sale. Never...

The new management team is horrible and disgustingly rude. I sat there while she was on her phone… the manager. The employees were working though.
