Been inside Buckle a few times over the past year. Usually people talk about the jeans, but I want to attest to the shirts. All the times I've entered Buckle there's a decent chance I'm walking out with a shirt or two (preferably beer brands). A plethora of styles and brands. From what I have recieved last year the threads are holding strong, design/logo isn't fading or cracking and seem brand new- as if bought the previous day. Although a little bit of a price to them it's not too terrible, certainly if on the rewards program, shirts will last for a long time making it money well spent.
To add on, the customer service is fantastic, phenomenal, remarkable, exquisite- need I go on? From the first step in to when you exit there is a well mannered position that is held within the store to offer quality service and experience (tip of the hat to team members and manager(s) for such). Latest visit I made was my favorite. Josie, sales associate I would presume, was exceptionally courteous. Greeted me at the entrance, asked what was it l pursuing, presented where merchandise is being in multiple locations, proposed what is available and was open for assistance and questions any time. Something you'd expect and want from any store member at any place of business.
If you're thinking about going to Buckle, go for it. I may not be able to vouch for jeans or footwear because I've never bought those there, but I sure can on the shirts, employees, culture, and the experience as a customer. Pretty positive you'll return another day such as myself and...
Read moreYesterday my girlfriend and I returned to the Appleton Buckle to buy additional Jeans. We were greeted and helped by Jadyn. She did an amazing job helping me get the appropriate jeans. I ended up buying 2 pairs and a belt. She was relentless in making sure I found something that I liked. What made me feel awesome was she was never once pushy. Mike helped my girlfriend and she too bought 2 pair jeans and a belt. Mike helped us last year during our first purchase and it was awesome he remembered us and our preferences. He assisted Jadyn throughout and they worked awesome as a team. I have an extensive background in customer service and sales. It made me proud and I felt so amazed to see the compassion, team work, composure (the store got a rush at one point) and positive environment and vibe these two staff members showed. During our purchase another staff member was communicating with Mike about ensuring tasks were being completed and helping guests. The conversational was professional, polite, and just flowed so naturally. I knew at that point I was going to write a positive review. Read moreI have shopped at Buckle for years and this time I brought my husband for his birthday. We could not have hated our experience more. I know that Buckle is a commission job. However when asked what we were in for today we responded to the gentleman that we were just looking. (I didn't know if my husband would like their clothes)He preceded to follow us around the whole store talking AT us. It got to the point where I almost asked for a manager wanting him to back off. My husband was so uncomfortable he actually told me im trying on this shirt and then we are leaving. I was embarrassed. Of course he wanted the shirt so at checkout the man that followed us around raced to the counter to basically put dibs on us that he was our shopper to get the commission. What he actually did was made us rethink ever shopping here again. When someone tells u theyre just looking its a hint to back off....
