This was the worst experience we have ever had.! My fiancé and I got my engagement ring there and was helped by Julian and nothing went wrong; he was perfect; knew what he was talking about and what he was doing; gave us his undivided attention.! My fiancé and I return to pick out or wedding bands to find that Julian no longer works there, we waited for some time to be helped; once helped it was with the store manager Bonnie; she took my ring right away to wash it, kinda hard to find a wedding band to match, she then started helping someone else when we were trying to look at wedding bands for my future husband, but yet again left waiting.! I received my ring back she brought over some rings to try, I had them on for maybe 3 minutes before she took them off my finger…fast forward to check out we were promised that my band would be ready May 14th to pick up.! Fast forward to May 15th and haven’t heard anything from Roger’s and Hollands in Appleton.! My fiancé called them in which they told him that my ring was on a truck to Chicago and in two we are supposed to be married! Bonnie was helping my fiancé and she said “she didn’t have any words” he told her that I his fiancé wasn’t going to be happy.! I then called Bonnie and told her my ring needs to be over nighted and to be in my hand by Thursday may 16th she said she can’t because it wasn’t in Chicago yet; thus meaning my ring was not made in time nor sent out on time and definitely not shipped to the right store.! Bonnie ensured us that she would call us the next day ( Thursday may 16th) to let us no for sure what time my ring would get to Appleton to try and stop there on our way to our wedding.! We waited until 2pm on Thursday and heard nothing.!!! My fiancé again called Roger’s and hollands to find out Bonnie was off ( now why would you tell us that you would call us knowing that you were off that day) and did not tell anyone else about this mishap.! When on the phone my fiancé told the situation to the employee who talked to the shipping manager who told him that my ring would be in Appleton at 11am but the day prior Bonnie told us it would be in Appleton at 9-930am as our wedding was at 12:30pm in door county an hour away.! The employee stated that they would call Bonnie who after an hour called my fiancé finally.! She again ensured that my ring would be there Friday at 9/930am.! My fiancé headed over to the mall around 930am and didn’t hear anything until 1030am as he was walking in the building, my ring was there thankfully; to try and make things right Bonnie thought a $50 gift certificate and two mini water bottles would do!! This was a COMPLETE slap in the face as 1. I never want to buy anything from them again.! 2. Water in a mini bottle is a slap in the face.!!! You have made my wedding plan completely HELL.
We will be coming back in to discuss your lack of communication; lack of organization and the mess you created.!!!

Read moreI’m not exactly sure where to begin. My fiancé started the buying process for my engagement ring back in June. He settled on a ring in July and placed the order. The store ring was a white and rose gold. He though I would like just solid white so he custom ordered it. They told him it would be there in august so he planned the engagement for mid September, as we had our housewarming party scheduled. The day before the planned engagement they call to say the ring was not in. So they gave a temp to propose with. I happened to fall in love with the temp ring and they let me keep that instead. Once the original ring came in (a week later) we went in to get my ring sized as it was too small. They sent it out and said it would be back by October 3rd. The Monday before they called and said due to the ring being 2 toned it had to be sent out and completely remade. Now it will take 6-8 weeks. We had already scheduled our engagement pictures for November 15th, so my fiancé said that would be cutting it close. They said they’d put a rush and have it done in 4. October 21st we stopped in to see what was going on and they advised us the ring was done and just awaiting shipping. We were leaving for vacation so weren’t supper concerned. We now have not heard anything so he called last week (first week of November) and they said it was guaranteed to be here November 13th. Some excuse about the locations Being closed for a week because the election. At this point it’s all excuses. It is now November 13 and I still don’t have a ring. I went to the store and again after more excuses the ring was going to be delayed again. At this point I don’t want it. They offered me store credit to compensate us but I don’t even want to shop at Rogers and Holland’s anymore due to this whole experience. I ended up having them cancel everything and I’ll go else where. So now, I have engagement pictures in 2 days and NO ring. What an awful experience all around. Please do yourself a favor and do not shop with this awful company. They do not care about you or your experience, they only want your money. 0/10 would...
Read moreTry to find another jeweler if possible... I had a ring I got as a gift years ago that broke (the opal stone fell out). I was devastated, and as a gift, my mom took it to rogers and Holland’s and paid for it to get repaired as a surprise. She then mailed it to me because I’m currently living in TN, and within a week, the stone fell out again. I was being extremely careful with it, so I don’t even know how that happened unless it was just a bad repair job. So I called them again and asked if they could repair it again in early March. I took a trip home and brought it to them to get repaired, and then COVID happened and everything closed down. Because of this, I was extremely patient with them, even waiting after they opened to see if they’d give me a call. They never did. So I called them to check on the status of my ring around May. They told me they had to send it to some main office and they haven’t gotten it back yet, to which I just asked if they could give me a call with more updates when they come. Nobody ever called. Several weeks later I called again, and still, no new news. So once again, I asked them to call, and nobody ever did. At this point I became frustrated because this ring had a lot of very sentimental value to me and it seemed as if they didn’t care enough about me as a customer to even check in on the status of my ring, because I had to explain to them every time I called who I was and what I needed, and it never seemed to ring a bell with them. So this kept happening at least three more times, and nobody ever returned my phone calls. Finally, In mid June, they said that they would send it to me at no cost to myself, because I was back in TN, and that they would cover the repair costs because it took so long, which I appreciated. Finally- mid July and I just now got my ring. Hoping it doesn’t break as quickly this time. I appreciate them covering the $30 repair cost, but please, if your jewelry has any sentimental value, go...
