Horrible place, by far the worst jewlery store in the fox cities, let me tell you exactly why, 1st of all the customer service is terrible I will say a few of the sales employees were very kind but the manager is terrible, 2nd I have purchased thousands of dollars in jewlery all around the fox cities and the entire US, this is the lowest quality jewlery I have ever seen in my entire life this is not an exaggeration, a bead necklace from the dollar store is more durable then their gold necklaces. On more then one occasion I received a terrible product, I got a bracelet for my girlfriend and I payed a fair price (150$) it broke within 2 hours literally fell apart off her arm, luckily had a warranty so I got it replaced then finally got the replacement and the replacement broke within 2 days at this point I was fed up so I went in with my warranty card and receipt and kindly asked for a refund I have read the fine print and I was well within their return policy but the manager refused to return it and said I had to exchange. And here is the story that just disgusts me, my friend bought an 1,100$ necklace and bracelet set (10k or 14k gold) And it literally fell apart, again same situation where we got it replaced and it broke again the manager then again refused to take the return maybe it would've hurt her commission I dont know. So we called the corporate office and corprate said the manager was wrong and that she sould have taken the return and given us a full refund but she still refused. I was very overwhelmed at the idea of shopping for a wedding band. I am not a person who wears a lot of jewelry, and definitely didn't wear rings until I got engaged. I know nothing about the diamond options or metals available. That being said, I was completely blown away by the service I got from Megan! They took the time to explain the pros & cons of the different metals & stones. We also had some great chit chat, which helped her to know my style and personality more so they could show me designs that fit my vibe best. I was expecting to have a salesperson who would be high pressure & speak down to me for not knowing anything about engagement rings & wedding bands. Megan also helped me look at designs for a ring since I mentioned that my fiancé and I would like to "upgrade" my engagement ring for our one year anniversary. They explained they made a note on my client profile, so he'll know exactly what to get me when he goes in. Megan also clearly explained what maintenance I should do on the wedding band and outlined the protection plan option. For someone like me, who doesn't have "the bride gene" and has been so stressed about trying to plan a wedding, this was probably one of the easier & more pleasant things I've done for the upcoming wedding! I went into ZALES already knowing I wanted to purchase an engagement ring. I had went to a few prior jewelry stores before ZALES and nothing felt right. I did find some stunning other rings, and good customer service, but nothing like ZALES. As soon as I was present at the ZALES location in the Fox River Mall, they made me feel less like a customer and more like a guest. All of the employees there took the time to sincerely assist me in selecting the right ring that we knew my fiancée would love, and made sure I was comfortable with it. They helped with any financial assistance, quality questions, and truly made me feel as though I was part of the ZALES family. My parents purchased their engagement and wedding bands here, and also decided to do the trade in/trade up promotion and had nothing other than a positive experience. I will always use this jewelry store for all my diamond needs for my future wife. Not only did they make me the sizing process seamless, they also made the drop off and delivery seamless.
