I won't be going back to Panda Express. I paid for the bigger plate that is supposed to give you 3 entrees and a side. I ordered two orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp. I received 4 pieces of the Honey Walnut shrimp, and the two entrees of orange chicken looked like one serving size, not two. To say the least, I received a big plate that looked equivalent to a plate for one. This isn't just me, I searched the internet, and there are plenty of complaints about the portion sizes and how the containers aren't as big as they used to be. Therefore, this clearly wasn't in my head. To make things worse, when I pulled up to get my food, the cashier gave me attitude when I asked for chopsticks and soy sauce. Ridiculous! I'm going to make a complaint to the FDA. The FDA The FDA defines the "Reference Amounts Customarily Consumed" (RACC) tables used by food manufacturers to determine the serving size on the Nutrition Facts Panel, and the USDA Food Safety and Inspection Services labels. If you had the same issue or issues of any kind with Panda Express, please people who had the same issue or any issues with Panda Exress, contact the FDA. They 6 keep getting away with this. Their customer reaolution team does nothing to resolve issues either. They don't refund money for orders gone wrong, they don't retrn emails about comolaints, they do not care about the customer at all! They only care about profit. If that means giving us less food, then that's what they do. At least, this is my experience. I hope those who had similar experiences start to do something more about their service, and find a way to have the restraunts investigated for portion sizes, the food quality, false advertising or whatever else needs to be...
Read moreMan I wish the food was as bad as the service so I could convince myself to stop coming here but, no, every few weeks I try again. I tell myself, “no way they can mess up as bad as last time, right?” And every time they are like, “hold my beer.” I am in no way a Karen, and it takes a lot for me to waste my time writing a review. This is all the things that went wrong with the most recent visit(many of which are recurring issues and have happened the last 2+ times). -ordered online, they never “got my ticket” so order isn’t ready -there’s an additional wait because they ran out of one of the items I ordered -they proceed to box the rest of my food (so it sits in to go containers for 10+minutes while we wait for the item they ran out of) -4 employees boxing up food into to go containers and only 1 wearing gloves(I’m not a germaphobe by any means, but that is gross) -not a single employee apologizes for the wait, manager walked over and did nothing to rectify the issue(I would’ve declined anyway. I don’t want free food or any sort of refund) but the gesture could’ve won some points back -ended up leaving with my to go order over a half hour later than what the initial email for my order said
I get some of these might not be entirely preventable. First might be a technical issue. Second, they cannot predict to 100% accuracy how much of something might be ordered. But for all of these things to happen in one visit is nuts. And no apology or gloves is inexcusable. Basic hygiene and customer service. Hopefully this is enough to convince myself to...
Read moreBeyond disappointed, Drive thru was pretty busy decided to go inside to order instead. Walk in it’s about ten people , not so bad for dinner rush,we’ll we were wrong. Waiting , waiting, waiting…. 15 minutes passes only one person in front of us has made it thru the ordering process, waited another 10 minutes one more person, so twenty five minutes and two people ahead of us have gotten food….. watch the manager walk in talking on phone sees that it’s now extremely busy , people with pick up orders are all walking in. We now have about 15 people in the order line , she walks in and grabs a soda seeing her team is struggling and walks back out to the parking lot and continues to talk on her cell phone….. just crazy , I can’t imagine being a manager , taking a break see that my restaurant is packed and the lady I left at the counter is overwhelmed and the line is past the door , and walk back out to continue my personal conversation…. Not anyone I’d want to run a restaurant for me, we waited a couple more minutes and left, walked out and the manager is still on phone on sidewalk. You let your customers and your entire team down , and the poor lady at the counter was getting the brunt of the complaints that should’ve been directed to you. Next time take your break when it’s not dinner rush and maybe cut your chat time shorter if you notice a line stretching past the door and you know you left one person at the counter. Just some advice for you, from a former restaurant...
