We are closer to our future and I now have my beautiful engagement ring that my fiance's put on my finger from JF Jones Jewelers. We got there at 3:30 on a Saturday just to get it sized. They were closing at 4pm. I had the pleasure to meet the owner Brittany who remembered my fiance' and his name from when he purchased the ring awhile back. Brittany, the owner was wonderful to us. She was warm, sweet, helpful, accommodating, and genuine. We then looked at wedding rings. We stayed till 4:30. Brittany allowed us to try on wedding bands. We now have it significantly narrowed down. Based on our wonderful experience we look forward in buying all the wedding bands at JF Jones Jewelers. We are happy to support a long standing local family that is on its 3rd generation of ownership. There is a reason why they have lasted 3 generations. The service is exceptional. Brittany also extends her love to future brides by providing a goodie gift bag . There are a number of necessary love moments in that bag for the bride. A lot to enjoy at JF Jones Jewelers!...

JF Jones has been running since 1928. That’s a staggering 97 years!!! This in itself should speak volumes and instill confidence to trust this business run by women.

I was greated very warmly by Lisa. She promptly took my watch that needed a battery replaced whilst I browsed.

They also provide custom designs, jewellery cleaning/repair, watch repair, appraisals, diamond trade-up, concierge services and wish lists. What more could you ask for?

The shop is welcoming and tastefully laid out. They have a lovely seating area where my partner refrained from any eye contact and probably prayed that I didn’t come over to say I liked anything!

I had the pleasure of meeting Brittany whose grandfather started up this business and I hope this continues for generations to come.

My fiancé and I visited to look at rings earlier this year, and Brittany was beyond fantastic and helpful! She gave us all the options and information we needed to make an informed decision, and had a variety of engagement rings and diamonds for us to view. At the end of our visit, I stated that while I had chosen my favorites, I wanted the rest of it to be a surprise...Brittany was totally down for this and worked with my fiancé to get the perfect ring ready for me quickly and smoothly. COVID-19 delayed our engagement by several months, but he found the perfect way to finally pop the question at the end of July. While I was a part of choosing the ring, it was still the perfect surprise and I am absolutely over the moon with my ring.
