Some notes:
I almost got the Mac and Cheese, but the moment I smelled it, it smelled absolutely horrible and almost expired. Probably the worst Mac and Cheese I've ever been near.
I also for some dipped a piece of steak in my chocolate ice cream . Some of the food trays were mislabeled or the labels were swapped, some foods weren't even labeled To clarify they don't do crab legs anymore. I confirmed with staff The trays of different meats and vegetables and noodles in the hibachi section are unlabeled The tea served for our table was apparently Lipton American Tea, not any kind of Asian...
Read moreThis place is a joke! It's my first time here & my last. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. On Sunday 4/8/18 at around 8:40pm, after I had eaten here, paid & was heading out, one of the waitresses & the lady sitting at the front register literally ran after me, rushed and startled me at the exit way talking about "you didn't pay!" Meanwhile, I had already paid, my card was swiped & the signed merchant copy was sitting on the table on those mini trays they use to bring the checks! She had not checked but was fast to run after me yelling when I was leaving! I was so pissed off to be embarrassed that way when the mistake was there's . & I was already soo tired because I was coming from work. I asked her did you check the table?
So she goes back to check while the front lady stands & watches me...seriously. She goes back & lo behold, she realizes she was mistaken. To add salt to injury, she (the waitress) comes back laughing, "I'm sorry, yes you did pay, yes you did!" I understand mistakes happen but you CAN'T make such silly mistakes when it comes to paying, or people's money & in such shameful public display because there were some customers who saw that. The tangible proof that I had was that I used my card...Imagine if I had used cash to pay....they could have easily said, I didn't pay. I did not like that at all. I've never ever been to a restaurant that made such egregious error. I was speechless. It not only comes across as a lack of communication amongst their staff members but also comes across as stereotypical & (or) fraudulent, if they want to double charge. If I had paid cash, I'm not sure what the outcome would have been. Luckily I used my card.
Poor customer service! They didn't do anything or offer anything to make up for their huge mistake! Accusing a customer of not paying when they actually paid?! I personally think it was such a big mistake that they should have waived all fees altogether. It was just insane, insulting & embarrasing. & all I got was a weak sorry with a laugh, like it was a joke.
The food is also not good at all here & the dessert looks & tastes like they are from the convenience store or supermarket shelves & have been sitting there for years. So all that insanity & embarrassment for nothing. Food was not...
Read moreToday is my 45th birthday. I wanted a steak from longhorn, my wife and kid wanted Chinese, so we went to Asian buffet. Everything on the buffet looked like it had been sitting there since lunch. I had exactly 1 piece of something that resembled sweet and sour chicken and 1 piece of pepper chicken. Both were terrible. It was like 6pm. Dinner time. Rubbery, old, terrible tasting. You should’ve seen the crust on most of the food! I pity whoever ate the pizza and Mac n cheese! I literally sat there the whole time, not eating, drinking my Pepsi. The waitress watched me not eating the entire time. My wife said to get some hibachi, I said I’m not trusting them with raw food....who knows how long that’s been out! We go to cash out. I tell the waitress I'm not paying for my plate. She gets the manager (?) owner (?) wouldn’t know, she never introduced herself. They begin to converse in Chinese right in front of us. I have no idea what they are saying as I only know English, Spanish, and ASL. I guess I need to learn Chinese now. The manager tells me because I ate those 2 pieces, I had to pay full price. (I threw away about 5 pieces of sweet and sour chicken on another plate) I told her I'm not paying anything and you're lucky I dont call the health department. The manager then tells me I'm paying kids meal prices. Just to get out of here, I agree. My wife didn’t want me making a big scene. Zero customer service. All they cared about was $$$.
1 star is too waaaay too much for this place. Can i do a quarter star? Even that might be too much. I will never be back. In fact, I had birthday McDonalds on the way home....yay! At least it was fresh! Happy birthday! Thanks asian buffet!
Should’ve went to longhorn....
