Sadly I had to pick one star. I went about 7 months ago and had a great experience. I can't believe how downhill this establishment has gone.... I've seen bad reviews but I just didn't believe them until now. I will definitely not return there.... It started with taking a bite of the normally amazing rolls .... to find a bunch of underdone dough in my mouth. Plus, I don't know if they've changed the recipe but they are definitely not the same. Then ordering the wrong drink which was my own fault I guess although it never said it was frozen when I ordered it... to trying a different one, a raspberry margarita that was watered down and didn't taste anything like raspberry not to mention they put sugar on the rim when I asked for salt.... So no drink for me lol..... I ordered the Ultimate feast which I've always enjoyed and never had a problem with, that is until now. The lobster was underdone, the snow crab was way overdone and pretty much withered away to nothing. And the shrimp was mushy and greasy.... The sides were the crispy brussel sprouts, not so crispy but at least still tasted good and the mashed potatoes with langostino topping which was a joke because there were three teeny little pieces of langostino on it. The male manager that came over was kind enough to at least get my meal recooked and promised it would be done right... So out comes the meal the second time around and I am happy to say the lobster was cooked perfect however the snow crab was again withered up to nothing I had maybe one good piece out of all of it and the shrimp was still mush. Nobody come over to the table... manager or waiter to find out if the second one was okay until I finally had to waive someone down for a drink and ask to see a manager again. This time I had a female manager come over because she said that the other manager was in the kitchen with the cook. I'm guessing because they were having problems with their food being cooked right..... She did absolutely nothing to help correct the matter and I feel horrible that my waiter had to feel the need to take it on himself and give me a $10 gift card towards my meal. I really hope that didn't come out of his pocket. To say the least I'm extremely disappointed in the whole experience. And not for nothing... the outside appearance of the restaurant is not good, litter everywhere and things on the ground that shouldn't be. Read moreI had the worst 3-1/2 hr experience at your ridge rd w. resturant tonight feb. 11, 2017. It stared at 4pm. We thought early enough so we should he done by 6pm. NOT! Arrived back home at 15 mins to 8 and we r right up the road from RL. It began with there being standing room only in the waiting area with several and I do mean several booths and tables throughout the restaurant empty where they could have been seating people instead of turning them away. we also sat and waited for over 1 hour to be seated ourselves. We were told it would be 30-35 minutes. Everyone, we noticed, as they were being seated were looking around and shrugging their shoulders and wondering "why did we wait so long when there's so many empty tables and booths available. we saw a lot of booths and tables that sat dirty for an hour before anybody bothered to clean them. Then we waited another 20-25 minutes after being seated before anybody came over to even offer us a glass of water. it took forever to get our food which was barely warm. It must of sat in the back waiting for someone to deliver it. we had to reorder our appetizer which came half way thru the main course only after I reminded the waiter and waitress again. I never saw so little help on at dinner time, empty seating places everywhere, 3 hostesses telling folks wait time was 1 hr 20 mins, as it had been increasing every 5 minutes from when we got there, nobody bussing tables, all seeming like it was a light day yet treating the seating time and customer care like it was the busiest day of the year!! When we needed something we had to wait 5-10 mins before we saw a waitress or waiter even much less ours! What gives?? it was a Valentine's Day celebration because of having to work Wednesday night but it was not a pleasant one for us. We love red lobster and are really disappointed. I wanted to speak with the manager but didn't see one anywhere. Usually management can be spotted wondering around checking customers and orders and well, running the resturant!! We saw thousands of dollars turn around and walk out in the hour we waited to be seated and it was all unnecessary. Then to have service suck that bad? The waitress was nice enough but why was seating, service, food etc so unlike the red lobster i am used to? Not sure we want to risk celebrating special days at RL...
Read moreI recently visited the Red Lobster Store 0410 on 5/21/2025. My check # is 62350. I want to make it very clear here, this is a complaint and I will never visit this local location EVER again.
To start had a reservation at 3:30pm, I waited about 10 minutes to be seated. Once I was seated another 5 for the server to take my order for my appetizer of Seafood stuffed mushroom. about 10 minutes later the mushrooms came out an they were burnt on the one side of the plate which 3 of them were not able to be eaten. I addressed this immediately with the waitress and I asked her, 'Why are these even being served? You know they are burned, but you still served them anyway?!' No reply @ 3:55pm.
Now I ordered the create your own Admirals Feast with a lobster tail, crab legs, garlic shrimp, Walt's shrimp and broccoli and a baked potato. 4:10pm, the order for my main dish came out and almost immediately I smelled a sour, ammonia-like smell and a dull, slimy appearance coming from the garlic shrimp. After taking a bite of one it was clear the shrimp was bad. I then attempted to try the lobster tail which was slimy and smelled terrible. The broccoli was still hard and no seasoning and the potato appeared to be boiled and put into an oven briefly and was still hard in the center. Moving on to the crab legs, they also put on a smell and were not steamed, more like put under a broiler to be cooked, as I cracked one open the shell shattered like paper.
I immediately at about 4:17pm asked to have my check and the waitress seeing that things were barely touched never asked 'Is everything ok? Instead she asked if I needed a box?", I indicated shockingly, 'No, thank you I will address my concerns accordingly.' She could of gotten a manager, instead gave me my check. I paid the bill with no tip @ 4:22pm. On my way out I stopped at the seating desk and asked for a manager to speak with her privately, instead of making a scene, after waiting 10 minutes, no manager, frustrated I left the location.
My concern here is the staff obviously notices a problem with the food WHY are they serving it? I am 100 percent sure they would not if they were served the same from anyone else.
