EDIT AT THE END... Visited petsmart in Greece to buy a 30lb bag of simply nourish adult, fish and brown rice dog food on 3-23-21 @ approx 5:20pm. As I waited what felt like 5 minutes for an associate to come to the register to cash me out. I used my card to pay, entered my info, the card machine instructed me to remove my card, then, within a second or two, stated transaction failed. Attempted a second transaction with success and left the store with the one bag of food. Upon checking my bank statement a day later, petsmart charged me twice for the one bag of food. I called the store and spoke with the manager. Manager stated it will take 2 days to “figure things out” regarding the transactions, after I provided detailed information of when I was there, who was behind me in line and the prices that were charged to my bank statement. Thinking he could verify my story with their CCTV. This gets 2 stars now, I will update once/if I get a call back on Friday, 3-26-21. Just a shame no one takes your word anymore, and seems like it’ll be a struggle to get my money back, if I do. I’ve been going to this store for about 2 years now for this select brand and flavor of dog food.
Spoke with the manager today (3-26-21) at approx 8:30pm. Was told the Greece store was waiting on a response from corporate on how to deal with the situation. I was told it may take “a week or so” to hear back on a solution to get my money back to me... I requested a call back on Monday, 3-29-21, before 11am, with a status update on getting my money back to me. I’m not holding my breath on a call back on Monday since I did not get one today as I was promised. I stated to the manager that I have no hard feelings with the managers of the store, but, am getting frustrated that I still do not have the amount owed to me back in my account. Read moreI would like to start by saying I have been going to Petsmart for grooming services for years. I always went to the Petsmart in Henrietta and Webster. I always had good experiences at these locations. I recently moved to Greece and decided to give this location a try. If I can give this place 0 stars I would. I took my dogs in for grooming. I was asked what am I looking for. I stated I want my dogs groomed. I want them to smell good, feel good, teeth brushed, nails clipped, and haircut, the works. Why ask such a question if I called and made an appointment for grooming services? And if this is the case they should show packages they offer so one can pick and choose. I dropped off my first dog and the groomer said that my dog has high anxiety he got a hold of his harness and chewed it up. He then said my dog almost nipped him while clipping his nails, but he took precaution. He then insinuated that I dont groom my dog cause the last time he seen he was groomed was a year ago. My dog is only a year so this is far from true. And even if it was true what is the problem? You are a groomer and should always prepare yourself for challenges. I witnessed another groomer who just came out to get another dog and the dog growled and nipped at her. So this is not uncommon. All this and the job was not complete. My dog teeth was not brushed, his coat looked terrible. My other dog was taken in and they called me an hour later saying he was done. I picked him up and he was shedding everywhere, felt damp and smelled terrible. I could not believe this. I paid over a hundred dollars for there terrible services. Never again. As I was in the parking lot at 103pm and Anna calls and try’s to cancle the appt I explain to her that I have called and they lady on the phone told me it was ok to bring them She then again insisted I cancle I told her I was on the parking lot I also stated I have both my dog appt today to at least take one lll schedule tan other for the other dog She said ok Anna know how exactly I like my dogs hair groom I take my girls there faithly every 6 weeks My girls never have a mat
When I arrived usually Anna bring me the girls I felt it was odd she called someone to bring me my dog When my dog arrived she completely trim off my dogs tail Made it round It was like she took her time to cut my dogs tail hair off The lady that bought me my dog said Wao to me and said I completely understand why you are mad

I don’t understand after 1 year of going there faithly the one day that I was late 18 minutes for my .2 dog appt Suddenly my dog is return to me with no tail hair Then stated that my dog was matted When I brush my dogs hair and grooms them every 6 weeks
