Chuck E. Cheese — Restaurant in Town of Greece

So the day started off pretty good. Got our food , played some games, went to cash out our Tickets and I had some old winner ticket receipts with points on them. I asked if I could cash them in, they said they no longer have that system, but the manager would cash them in for me. So before that, I went ahead and added them up and then took them to the counter, the manager at the time, who would not give me her name and one of the other employees would not give me the manager's name or her own .We had a discrepancy between her counting and my counting, so I asked to see all of my receipts again. The manager then told me she threw them away and she was not going in the garbage to get them even though they were right on top. I told her that she would not have to go through the garbage that I would She refused to give me the garbage can that was under there counter so there was no food in it. I said all I want to do is recount. Because there is a discrepancy of a 100 + points between her counting and mine and I just wanted to recount again. She refused, therefore she said was not going to do anything about it. So I asked for corporates number , and she then went in the back, came back with a number. I called it how convenient it was the wrong number. She then when i was on the phone with guest relations gave me the garbage can. I grabbed all my tickets right off the top, and I didn't have to touch any other garbage. She then proceeded to tell me that she will no longer help me went in the back room Behind the counter behind the wall and never came out again. The other employee who was then on her phone and I have all this on camera refused to even talk to me. I asked her again for her manager's name. Or even her own name once again. She told me flat out no.Cause she then told my kids that she would not help them. And give them anything for their tickets. Idid put a call in the corporate number that the manager had given me. They luckily transferred me to someone else where I had to leave a message and have not heard back. How convenient. And it's not like I had thousands of tickets. I had a total of 643 when the manager counted. I only had 502 tickets. So I was just curious on who counted wrong and she wouldn't even give me the chance to recount them because she once counted them, she threw them away before I could even ask her how many she counted. And it was not like it was busy in there. There was maybe three other parents with maybe two kids each, so there was less than fifteen people that place. Mind you, this is the chuck e cheese on. Westridge road in greece. If I don't hear from corporate soon. I will post the videos that I took even with one of the other employees Bad mouthing me in front of my kids saying that I was causing a ruckus for nothing. I did not raise my voice or anything. I just asked to count my tickets again. The manager did not even have to go through the garbage like I told her I would do it but she wouldn't even give me that chance until the last minute when she did. And instead of doing her manager duties, she proceeded to hide from me instead of taking care of her manager duties. She obviously knew she was in the wrong. When she gave me the wrong number for corporate. So I will look into this even more. And I will be posting the employees names in faces if need be.. So I highly recommend not going to chuck e cheese on.Westridge...

Went to Chuck E. Cheese in Greece today to celebrate my nephews 3rd birthday and we will never return. This place was overall a horrible experience. The service was absolutely awful. All the employees were so rude we waited 10 minutes before anyone actually came up to us to let us in and buy our cards and what not. We ordered food and the food was not enough for us so we ordered 2 extra pizzas and we waited 45 minutes for them. I went to ask the lady how much longer after 30 minutes had went by and she said oh I didn’t even know you ordered but she took our order. Then I asked someone else and they told me our pizza was stuck to the bottom of the oven so they had to remake it. The whole time I watched the gentlemen in the kitchen touch our pizzas with no gloves on to cut it with a plastic knife. We paid $50 for 4 people to eat from the salad bar and it was horrible. They never filled it for us so I went up to an employee and said maam, is someone going to fill the salad bar? She said we have no salad but if you really need me to I will we’re still waiting for lettuce. We went up to the fruit bar and there was hair in the gelatin dessert. The tables were absolutely nasty they never cleaned them off. Most of the games were down and the employees said they didn’t know how to fix them. This place was just overall a really horrible place. I will not recommend...

I took my daughter here for a birthday party, the package was cool, they had unlimited games for 2 hours, then pizza. The trampoline area they had is a nice new addition, had to track down someone to ask about the socks that were required. The girl at the front desk was texting on her phone while waiting for someone to get a coupon or something from her car? She didn't address us or tell me it would be a minute. I finally just asked if I could get socks after about 3 minutes of watching her eat a bag chips which seemed to annoy her. Cost $8. There was one worker, a male, I didn't catch his name seemed to be the only one doing any of the work on the floor and monitoring the children in the arcade and trampoline. A handful of games and "rides" did not work and had no signs on them. When it was time for chuck-e to come out, the workers were less than enthusiastic. Barely moved their hands or moved... kind of sad. I'm glad my child was young enough to not really pay attention to how depressing and poorly managed this place is, she had a lot fun. When leaving, the young lady at the front door checking hands was also quite annoyed that I interrupted her texting, but that's okay, she didn't even check our hands so we didn't take up too much of her time. This place needs an adult...
