When we added Stevie Budd and Moira Rose to our family, it was an afterthought of what to do with them while we’re at work. Two sisters who like to play, wrestle, run, and sleep. Plus, we needed a place to accept them as they grow. After all, they are Saint Bernard pups. They grow by the day. We did look into some local places but nothing that stood out. Until. One day. We saw a pretty building going up and a chandelier twinkling through the door. It says K9 RESORTS. Soon came a grand opening where all were welcomed to come tour and meet everyone. I signed ON THE SPOT!!! Not just impressive. Impeccable. Amazing. Beyond what I ever thought doggy daycare could ever be. Plus boarding!! Just WOW! My babies now play, wrestle, run, sleep and ‘do lunch’ at K9 RESORTS according to our work schedule. They have friends to branch out and play with, learn from, and a phenomenal staff who go above and beyond to make us all feel welcomed. The cleanliness is sparkling crisp white with a fresh airy scent that greets us at the door, along with the caring staff who are like an extension of family! Our pups don’t even look back to say goodbye to us. They’re off to play with their friends! Oh, to top it off, they sleep through the night. If your pup is your baby and there are times you need a break or get things done, this is a place that will not only pass the MIL white glove test but the investment into your baby’s well being is more than worth it. There is no better place to leave your fur babies than with K9 Resorts of Greece!!!! Last fall I was looking for a place to board my two pups so that I could visit family during Thanksgiving. After looking around locally, I just could not find a place that felt right to me. Then one day, I noticed a new building that said K9 Resorts. I thought, perfect location I should check them out. I called and scheduled a tour of the location and boy, was I so glad I did. This place is amazing!!!! You would never know from walking into the lobby that this was a business for doggies. The facility is extremely clean and smells amazing. The tour eased my mind immensely knowing my babies were going to be in excellent hands that I booked their stay immediately. When I returned to pick them up after vacation, I could tell that they loved being there so much that I signed them up for daycare. The two of them know exactly where they are going when they get in the car. They cannot wait to get through the door, and they do not even look back at me to say, “later mom.” The staff is phenomenal and so friendly, you can tell every single one of them love what they do, and they treat my pups as if they were their own. My pups, Calvin & Hobbes, LOVE to go to the Greece K9 Resort for daycare. It is a bit pricey so they only go 1x a week for 6 hours. I have to say, it's totally worth the money. The staff post tons of pictures every day. I love seeing my boys look so happy while playing with other dogs. They have 2 groups, little dog & big dog. They do a free evaluation of your dog to determine where they will go and if the program is right for them. There are some larger dogs in the little dog group because they have a little dog mentality and vice-a-versa. Every month they publish a calendar with events, from treat swapping to parades to making Mother's and Father's Day gifts. The resort is kept extremely clean! That really impressed me. You'd be hard pressed to find a fur ball in any corner. Even the kennel areas are spotless. They have multiple ventilation zones and lots of antimicrobial things. (ie. the floors, the outside "grass", the ventilation system) The staff is genuine and welcoming. They utilize online scheduling and text messaging. They even radio to each other when a dog is in the hall so dogs that don't know each other aren't crossing paths. Calvin & Hobbes give K9 Resorts 8 paws up.
