EDIT:
Men's Warehouse reached out to ME to make the below situation right. They offered a sincere apology and some money back to cover the cost of the shoes I purchased. Although the situation caused me and the groom some stress and aggravation on the day of the wedding, they quickly made things right which is more than can be said of most other businesses. Thank you Sharon in the Men's Warehouse customer care team. You made me feel great about an otherwise not so great situation.
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
Not sure which Men's Warehouse was worse. This one or the location in NC where I was fitted. Not only was the tux a completely wrong size but they forgot my shoes. They just forgot my shoes. I needed a size 14 but they didn't have any so I was given a size 13 which was unbearably tight. They said they were going to order me a size 14 and let me know when they were available for pickup. I never got an email or phone call or the shoes for that matter. Since I relied on Mens warehouse to take care of the issue I didn't try to buys shoes elsewhere until hours before the event. I ended up having to buy a pair of shoes that costed me $120 to try and match the other groom's men (which I still didnt). Im looking to see what they do to make this right by me but until then it has been an awful experience.
To Mens Warehouse. If you read this review please know that I am hoping to hear from you to let me know what happened and what we can do about the additional money I was forced to spend to correct the situation...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of visiting the Menâs Wearhouse located at 360 Tarrytown Road in White Plains, New York, marking my second experience at this particular store. I feel compelled to share my observations regarding the customer service and overall environment of the establishment.
Upon entering the store, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff members exhibited a commendable level of professionalism and friendliness that immediately made me feel valued as a customer. In particular, I would like to highlight the exemplary service provided by Merlyne. Her attentiveness and expertise were remarkable; she not only assisted me in selecting appropriate attire but also offered valuable insights into styles and fits that complemented my preferences.
The employees at this location demonstrated a thorough knowledge of the products available, which greatly enhanced my shopping experience. Their willingness to engage in meaningful conversations about fashion choices and suitability was particularly impressive. This level of customer engagement is often lacking in retail environments, making my experience all the more noteworthy.
My visit to the Menâs Wearhouse at this location was characterized by outstanding customer service, particularly from Merlyne, and a friendly, knowledgeable staff. I would highly recommend this store to anyone in search of quality menâs apparel, as the service provided significantly contributes to a positive...
Read moreMight be some of the worst customer service I have experienced at one of these stores! Mind you I have spent much money at Menâs wearhouse and I am even getting my tuxedo for my upcoming wedding. Thankfully not this location! I stop in today because I need a custom shirt for another upcoming wedding, and I am shuffled around from the start from one salesman to another. Not really giving me answer to questions but saying donât worry the guy who does custom shirts is with a customer heâll be right over, fine no problem. The real problem erupts when this guy who does the custom shirts actual comes over and literally has like no communication. Staring at me while Iâm asking him questions. I am telling him what shirt I fabric I want and he just walks away. I tell him again what fabric I want to go with and asking what is the next step? Once again stares at me and says pick a fabric which I have now told him 3x. I do not like to use the word incompetent but I had to walk out. Lack of respect and horrible customer service. I am still keeping my upcoming tuxedo just not going to this...
