If I could give this location zero stars and just the deserved review, I would! The worker (I believe her name is Amber) I encountered was very standoffish and rude. She seemed like she didn't want to be there, let alone help me find the type of earrings I wanted. Mind you, I only asked two questions, and one of them was "how are you?" She acted as if I was bothering her, meanwhile I was the only customer there at that time. I showed her a picture of the type of earrings I wanted, and she asked me why I didn't just get the earrings from that specific place if those were the ones I wanted. Awful salesperson. Awful customer service. But probably a good friend seeing as her phone rang during our encounter and she had no problem answering it. I won't even bat an eye at this kiosk. Luckily, I ran into the other kiosk and Yanira, who was a breath of fresh air, helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Went to this Pagoda kiosk(by Dave & Busters) and after waiting a few mins was greeted by one of the 4 girls working. I showed one of the girls my email from Banter about early access to the BOGO deal for card holders just to verify that it was correct and she said no. So I read her the email and she responded that it was only for people who are newly applying for the card. She then turned around and asked someone who she claimed was the assistant manager for confirmation and she too said it was only for newly applying members without acknowledging me or the email. So I left and went to the other kiosk(by apple) and they helped me make my purchase and use my coupon. They were so nice. My problem with the first kiosk wasn't that they wouldn't honor my valid coupon. It was that they were not willing to read the email that I was trying to show them that contradicted what they were telling me and their overall unwillingness to help. Very poor customer service.

I was excited to purchase a thumb ring and anklet. I waited all day for my husband to get home from work so we can come together and shop at Banter. Unfortunately, the very poor, rude, nasty customer service I received from the young lady at the banter in crossgates mall by Dave and Busters makes me want to cancel my card I just received. I literally had to ask her 3 times to see something before she came over all aggravated I was asking her to help me which is her job. Mind you, there was no one there. We were the only customers.
