Editing review as the response back is quite comical- you can easily find my name in your appointment history as I HAVE been here SEVERAL times (strictly due to convenience at the time). Instead of acknowledging and owning up to your mistake and APOLOGIZING, you're lying and saying I've never been here. LOL. Once again guys, DO NOT GO HERE.

Have been here several times and always go to Rita. Had an appointment and not only did they make me wait a whole TWO HOURS past my confirmed appointment (I had a flight the next day so I couldn’t reschedule) once I finally sat in the chair, 15 minutes into my hair cut, a random girl came in to ask about her hair color and Rita gave a full blown 15-20 minute consultation to her while I was just waiting with half cut hair after already waiting 2 hours.

I desperately needed my hair colored and cut. My girlfriend who has been going to Rita for a few years now recommended me going to her. I went in on a Sunday. Rita greeted me at the door with a smile. Helped me with my jacket. Which made me feel welcomed and not awkwardly lost because at other salons they expect you to know where the closet is on your first visit. She sat me down and had a consultation about my haircolor and haircut. The outcome of my hair: I love my haircolor, haircut and LOVED my blowout! She definitely knows what she's doing and her experience shows. Rita is a genuine, sweet person. The hairsalon was very CLEAN especially considering we're in a Covid-19 pandemic. These people saved me when my regular salon backed out of service two weeks before the wedding! They took care of my maid of honor, my MIL and myself with astonishing short notice. They did makeup and the works on my finicky hair and I could have been filmed! I was gorgeous! Truly a miracle. They were prompt, creative professional and very kind. I only let Pina touch my hair but everyone here is very skilled. She just knows my hair. She gives me effective tips on how to take care of it. Even if I can't decide what to do with my hair she knows how to make me look good. Plus the price is very reasonable for the high quality service. My aunt is also a stylist so I have an idea of what fantastic looks like. It is a very nice local place. Highly recommend.
