I'm beyond livid right now and even have 2nd hand embarrassment FOR them that they could let a customer walk out so unhappy. From the moment I sat down, the lady files my nails crooked. Didn't clean my hands off or anything and went to start the color. I showed her how crooked 4 fingers were. She kept filing down the wrong sides and finally the woman next to her even saw she was doing wrong and filed for me. So now half of my nails are all the way short. Welp, on to the polish. Not only did she put like 4 coats each side, half the nails are chunky and some don't have the entire nail painted. After filing and cuticle cutting she didn't have me wash my hands or even clean them off ateast. Just continued on and you can see in the photos how that made my nails look, the skin around them white and that "just filed" feel. I told her square and my God, I could claw csomeone with how sharp the corners are. So once again her coworker sees and says to me "I will fix those are they too sharp and square?" ...clearly lady. They knew she did wrong. Instead of offering to redo them, or a discount or SOMETHING to make it right they gave me a TEN DOLLAR coupon. i thought it was a gift cert. Because she said "here is a gift certificate for you to come backs and try again" so I thought it was For a whole redo, but then I get home and saw ten dollars and ripped it up. So essentially they gave me this COUPON to come back, with the promise of the lady who's been there a long time, to do my nails the next time. Why would I even go back?! AND PAY AGAIN?! If they could let me leave clearly upset and KNOWING my nails were terrible, they should have fixed them right there for me. Highly disappointed and I would never go back, gift certificate or not. My 4 year old son prob could do a better job. And to insult me by giving me a TEN DOLLAR gift certificate so I come and give them more of my money again. Never in my life would I go back there. You guys are so good with justifying wrong you do. I called when I was making appointment and said I will come between 5:30 to 6. I even said I finish work at 5 I have to walk so I’ll be there by 6 you could have told me it’s going to be late for you I would have rescheduled it. Also when they do our nails only then we know if it suits our nails or not only then customer is going to decide whether they like it or not. And more than language facial expressions tell other people what they talk about You were not discussing next day schedule, because I have been there before too anybody who says price is high or they dnt like nails you guys start looking at them and start talking about them. Anyways nails that you did that day already came off it’s just been 3 days. 👎🏻

Most terrible place to get nails. I got mine today and I didn’t like the style the guy was doing they got so mad because I said I dnt like it. Only one layer was done nothing else and they started showing tantrums how they dnt want to change it. They start speaking in Chinese among themselves and start judging anyone who doesn’t like their work. So annoyed right now. Wasted 90 dollars today for nothing. Never going back. 0 star out of 100....

Pls pls don’t go here terrible service my appointment was at 10:45 which I took 5 days before and she made me wait literally 35 min not bcus she was busy but she was talking and walking to to customer to see there’s pic even the person she was attending got very upset, I had to wait bcus I had no choice when my turn came she was telling me the price and I said ok but she was keep repeating and I said very politely it’s fine but pls make it stronger, while she was doing my nails she was talking to other client’s not service related but other things and it was very annoying and she hurt my fingers few times and ignored me until it start bleeding and then I told her pls pay attention you are keep hurting and now it’s start bleeding then she said sorry and put done oil without letting me know what’s that. My nails start coming out right after 5 days but I don’t wanted to go back to that place so I never called to fix it bcus I have been getting my nails done forever but since I moved and went to this place and it was a biggest mistake also I spent $ 125 with that pathetic service so pls refrain from this...
