New Win — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

This place is a total Ripoff. I called for the lunch special. Made two orders which comes with pork fried rice and egg roll or soup which are egg drop or hot and sour. So I asked the person who attended the phone how much is the difference in price if I get the egg roll and added a soup. She said it was $1:39. So I asked here how much is it the other way around and she said that it would be the same. I said fine I'll pay the difference. Then I asked her do you have egg in your fried rice and she said no but it is $.50 to add it, so said fine add it in both. Anybody looking at there menu can see that the soup is actual $1:59 and the egg roll is $1:00. So if you order the food with soup and then add the egg roll it should only be a dollar more. Secondly, no other chinese restaurant charges for egg in the food, they only charge for extra egg. And for the grand finally, when the food came, I found two strings of hair. I was just disgusted. So definitely do not suggest any body go...

Idk why people complain about the service. Everyone I've spoken to has been nice and I'm a little annoying with ordering because I'm very particular. But, in any event, this is the cleanest, most thoughtfully prepared Chinese takeout we've ever had. The General Tso is real white meat chicken. None of the food is greasy. Love the chicken lo mein. Even the fried food isn't greasy. The shrimp roll taste homemade. And the crab rangoon is actually just crabmeat wontons. Disappointed that it didn't have any cream cheese, which is how most places make them, but they were still delicious. Just all crab meat. Lastly, the chicken wings are amazing. Can't quite put my finger on the flavor, but the best wings from a Chinese restaurant. This is our new and ONLY Chinese...

I giving a try to order food from them because it's too hot to cook at home and when I order on the phone and they tell me ready in 15min but when walk in they starting to make food for me when I told them what my order are 😡. Chicken broccoli ,chicken taste like cardboard, beef broccoli, beef taste like wet cardboard +source are sour so I think they went bad . After me and family of 6 done with the dinner 2 bottle of 2 littler soda still not enough which is mean MSG are crazy they put it the food. Please people do take my advice if you don't believe giving a try yourself 🙏...
