MANN SARKA Asian Bistro — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

Walking into this restaurant I was so amazed by the interior designs🤩. There are projector screening which makes the restaurant look so alive and romantic💕. The customer services are 10/10😌. Entering the restaurant the waiter greets you and walk you over to your table with a warm smile. The best part about this restaurant is there is actually a bar inside this restaurant as well🍸🍹, so if you just want to come and relax, you can also come here to enjoy a drink or two 🥂. The price are all reasonable depending on what you order.

When the food was served, I was even more surprised by the presentation. The serving portion of the food was a lot for the price you’re paying. One of my favorite dish from them is the Sesame Chicken 🐔. The chicken was so crispy and juicy full with amazing flavors. Other than the Sesame Chicken, I’ve also try Mango Chicken🥭🐔. The chicken is mixed with a mango flavor, something I have never tasted before. The Mango Chicken is just a little sweet, different from the Sesame Chicken. I also highly recommend the original Chinese Hotpot🍲. If you’ve never try hotpot before it is definitely a dish worth trying. Inside of the hotpot there is lobster🦞, clam, crab🦀, and any other seafood you can think of. Lastly, this restaurant is mostly popular for their Sashimi🍣. If you love sushi, especially raw sushi then you definitely need to come here to try their sashimi sushi🍱! Everything is fresh and juicy. The sushi master makes the sashimi in front of you to show how freshly and hygenic the meats are prepared.

Everything about this restaurant is so delightful and delicate, I really can’t find anything negative to say about this restaurant. From the interior design of the store to the food designed on the plate, everything was design with creativities and thoughts❤️‍🔥. Since it is a newly open restaurant, the manager and the boss of the store is taking feedbacks and opinions from all the customers and is trying to improve everyday👍🏻. I have been eating and cooking Asian food for almost 30 years and since I found this restaurant I have become a fan. The quality, aroma and freshness of the food is a must-try if you haven't yet. The food menu seemed very interesting so I have tried the starters, entrees, drinks and desserts and all of then are made with perfect detail. It's always to the point that I end up ordering more to take home after finishing my meals. The drinks are also a must try...Moscow mule with passion fruit! Are you kidding??!!..I always come out tipsy from that bar ( by the way thats my favorite spot to eat because it is huge, very clean and a fun atmosphere). The ambiance and music is fun. The prices are very affordable. Everything is spotless clean. Fannie the waitress is absolutely wonderfull, she remembers my diet restrictions and goes above and beyond to customize my orders. I also must say that her recommendations are always great specially when it comes to the speacials of the day. Michael and Jeff (the sushi men) give extra effort on the presentation of the dishes always very stylish, elegant, tasty, and very skillfully prepared, they are sweethearts. Chef Lin Chen makes the best ginger sauce in the world and his red snapper is outstanding His food is so tasty and creative even with all my diet restrictions he never disappoints me. If you’re looking for an authentic Japanese dining experience, Mann Sarka is a must-visit! From the moment you step inside, the ambiance sets the tone — cozy, elegant, and welcoming. The staff are friendly and attentive, making sure you feel right at home.

The menu offers a great variety, and everything we tried was simply exquisite. The sushi was incredibly fresh, with each piece delicately prepared. The highlight was definitely the sashimi — the tuna and salmon practically melted in your mouth. We also tried their ramen, which was rich and flavorful, with perfectly cooked noodles and a broth that had just the right depth of taste.

The presentation of each dish is also top-notch, showing a true respect for the art of Japanese cuisine. I highly recommend Sparking Elderflower if you’re looking for something truly special.
