Trinity — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

Went there to celebrate a life event, walked there on summer night. We went there because I love trying a pot roast at every restaraunt. Great atmosphere, food was delicious. We ordered the Shepard's pie and the pot roast dinners. If you ever got the pot roast at Houlihan's restaurant, you gotta know Trinity's is better: It was savory, juicy and very tender--Virtually no fat on it

Got hot rolls before we ate - they served some nice regular rolls and some sweet ones with butter on the side. Place was really clean , bar area included. Restrooms were rustic looking, nice vibe ! (and clean. ) Servers were very kind and accommodating (we moved from bar area to a table when one was free. Our bar drinks were put on our meal check)

I am not from the area , it seemed like everyone knew each other. I overheard other customers saying hi and saw them waving at other people quite a bit during the night. So this place not only has regulars but seems like a well known neighborhood spot. Very cool A wonderful experience. Will definitely go...

Trinity-three great things are going on here in Floral Park, the food, the drinks and the people who work and dine here. This little gem caters to you. And the staff could not be more pleasant and attentive than they are now. Tonight we started with the Lentil Soup special and Potstickers. Both were so delicious and enjoyable; I forgot to take pictures. For dinner, it was Brisket Pot Roast with creamy mashed potatoes, and veggies. I opted for the flavorful Crabmeat Stuffed Shrimp, and my friend ordered the tasty Chicken Quesadilla. For dessert, we opted for pure decadence, Juniors Cheesecakes, and the Warm Apple Crumb. If I could give half a star I would. This place is a dump. The bartender/owner Bobcat only cares about himself and has a different set of rules for everyone. He is not sociable, friendly , or outgoing. In fact he is totally opposite. We only went there a few times because some of our friends live in that area. Each time he did something different that pissed us off. So it's not like he had a bad day one time. He is in the wrong business. He knows nothing about customer care and hospitality. We will never be going back there. And I will make sure everyone I know...
