I went in to get a steak bowl. Staff was pretty rude and cold. I get chipotle all the time here and it’s usually never this bad. Not a big deal though I understand people have rough days. However, when I get to the front, spanish girl is super rude to me when I ask for a water cup saying they dont have any and repeating that to me 2-3 times. She then says I have to buy a drink for 3.20$ if I want to drink water and says I cant have a drink of water unless i pay for a small drink twice. Then I look at the manager in a button shirt and he starts bonbarding me saying I can only give you a water cup if yiu get water “no soda right, no soda right” while he holds it in front of me and taunts it like im a child and pulls back when I try to grab it and says only water no soda. I go to chipotle all the time and only drink water. I dont even drink soda as that stuff destroys your teeth and stomach (As if that is anyone’s business) Extremely disrespectful and they treates me like im some sort of child whos only business is to steal. As a corporate executive for AT&T I am disgusted in this behavior and personally would not let a team member I supervise committ such behavior. Do better chipotle. Do better to district leadership with you your...
Read moreAs a frequent Chipotle patron, I feel confident in saying that this location is the worst I’ve ever been to. The service is mediocre at best and atrocious at its worst. The staff seem to be completely disconnected from the customers, sloppily putting together meals and orders. More than once, I’ve had a staff member place more beans than rice in my burrito bowl. My meal was legitimately drowning in beans. Burritos are tucked and wrapped worse than a new father trying to swaddle his first born child. The chips are stale. I don’t believe I’ve ever ordered chips that came out fresh. There’s only one or two staff members available to fulfill orders. The location itself is frequently dirty, with rice, beans, and hot sauce stains besmirching every conceivable surface. Now, this location is only taking online orders for pick-up. That’s not a problem, but there are no signs in the restaurant itself to notify customers. And if you do decide to order online, prepare to wait. I had to wait an hour for a single burrito bowl because the order was “lost.” I could not even address the issue in person. I had to re-submit the order online in order for the staff to continue. If you’re looking for Chipotle, this isn’t...
Read moreSecond time ordering through Door Dash. First time they screwed up one of the orders. The second time they only delivered one out of the four meals. The DD driver said that's all that they gave her. I tried to call and was given the runaround to a corporate office and when I finally got a number, no one ever picked up.
This meant that I had to drive to the location. The manager was very cold as I calmly explained my situation. She said the DD people must not have picked up my whole order, but there was no order of mine on the shelves (I'm sure they never made it in the first place). They then started to remake the orders, but then ran out of ingredients. The food that was eventually remade was tasty, but the manager also made no attempt to make things right; she didn't offer some chips or guac or even talk to me to apologize. I felt ignored or that it was a burden that they had to fix this issue.
While the meals did end up being good, the whole experience left us with an extremely negative feeling. Needless to say, I will not be going back to this...
