I really wanted to love this place but their customer service just wasn’t the greatest. I came here to see if they had a double stroller that I needed before the following Friday in stock or if they could get it for me by that time. I had a different store tell me they could but figured I’d give a smaller shop the sale. I walk in and the store wasn’t too overwhelming just right. Both associates were busy with clients so I just browsed around. I was greeted by a very nice gentlemen a few moments later who asked if I needed help, he’s the reason I gave this place 3 stars. I explained to him what I was looking for and if they would be able to accommodate, it was a Wednesday and I needed the stroller by the next Friday (it was also Labor Day weekend coming up). He made a call and this women on the phone said something along the lines of “it’s too late in the day, does she not realize it’s Labor Day weekend is coming up and I won’t get a response till at least 24-48 hours from the company if they can even accommodate” the gentleman tried to cover her back to let her know she’s on speaker without saying it by telling her “it’s for a customers who’s here right now”. She got the hint and said she’ll send the request and let him know. The gentleman (I totally forgot his name unfortunately bc he was really sweet to me), told me he’d call me back before tomorrow and let me know if they can accommodate or not, I never got the call. No one followed up or even contacted after I left my information. He also gave me a flyer to come back that Thursday & Friday for their sidewalk sale, I was also in need of a new car seat but took my business elsewhere since they didn’t even have the courtesy to call me back. I truly wanted to love this place, but their lack of customer service and rude comments from the lady on the phone drove me to send my business elsewhere for the double stroller I wanted and a car seat I needed. I’ve worked in customer service before and totally understand where she was coming from but their is a time and a place to discuss certain things, this moment wasn’t it and it honestly was very hurtful because as a mom of 2 under 2 we don’t always have time to juggle going to the store and buying stuff when we don’t have anyone to watch our children so sometimes we do get out and do our business last minute but as a store that sells baby items and focused on that market and helping us parents lives easier, you guys need...
Read moreI had an amazing experience with this store and I am so happy that there is a place nearby for baby/toddler essentials, especially since Buy Buy Baby went bye bye. I was in an extremely unfortunate situation where I needed to replace my car seat that day, and I was working so did not have time to go shopping. Robert and Maureen were extremely helpful, looking into things, running around their store, checking their warehouse, etc., all while I was on hold. I was able to research, purchase, pay for and obtain my brand new car seat, all in an hours time. I was already in such a jam and they just made my day so much better by making this one part of it so seamless. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend ANB Baby to all! Read moreI am completely appalled by the lack of professionalism from this company. I bought an item November 15th…order was confirmed and product was in stock on the website. I then received an email towards the end of the month saying the product would be shipped at the end of the month unless I indicated different. I then sent them an email checking in on the product because it had not shipped yet and I received an email saying they depleted their stock and won’t have any more of that product until January. Clearly this company lacks professionalism and is over selling their products without having the knowledge of their own stock. I am very disappointed considering this was a gift.
