The worst customer experience. Dropped my Xbox off on 10/23 Andrew explained that he would diagnose my issue and get back to me shortly. A day passed and nothing so I decided to call again Andrew: "we're looking into your issue and I will give you a call back later today". Another day passed with no follow-up call. I called again, and this time I was told by Andrew that I needed to be charged for a more in-depth diagnosis and that would cost $25. This time I wait three days and still no follow up or follow through. Andrew tells me that they are still trying to figure out the issue and he would call me back.

GUESS WHAT?!? HE NEVER CALLED BACK!

Yesterday November 1st I called and spoke to an unidentified gentleman who told me that based on the notes there's an issue with the motherboard but he would have someone call me back. 😂🤣😂Gadget Rx theme song "we'll call you back".

Today I called and spoke to Andrew who was downright nasty to me on the phone when I mentioned to him that I've called often and there hasn't been any follow-up. I said to him that I would come to the store and discuss the issue with him in person and his response was "there's nothing to discuss". When I arrived at the store Andrew claimed that he mixed me up with another customer that had called, but my Xbox was sitting on the counter 😳 🤔.

This has got to be, hands-down, the worst cell phone repair show in NY. I have brought my phones in over the years to various stores, even fixed some myself, but never had a bad experience.

I brought my S7 Edge with a cracked screen in for repair this past Friday - dropped a deposit so they could buy the parts to repair the screen and committed to paying over $400 for the repair. The gentlemen at the desk said they would call me when the phone was fixed. When Saturday and Sunday came and went with no call, I called to hear that my phone was ready, yay! I get to the store to find that the docking buttons were not functional, they worked sometimes when pressing very hard with two hands. They agreed it was unacceptable and said they would rework the phone and call me when it's ready. 4pm today and still no call so I ring them back to hear they are mid-process fixing my phone (again). They call me an hour later with bad news. They broke the screen when trying to fix my phone. They give me two options take my extra broken phone back and get my money back or have them try again to repair (another few days with my phone and no solution? No way) So I went in with a slight crack in my phone glass only and now have a phone where the whole front is coming up off the device, the LCD is damaged and is rendered completely un-usable. I strongly recommend you look elsewhere for phone repairs. You'd be better off throwing your phone against the wall, it would do less damage...
