I’ve never been so disappointed in a business before. I’ve been coming here since I was a little girl, about 6 years old.This is where I come to get all my chocolate to make treats for everyone. This year, due to covid I ordered 10lbs of chocolate online to be shipped maybe 4-5 towns over from where the store is located. I understand that shipping can be delayed because of the time of year, but I ordered this shipment in December 6th, and 15 days later it still isn’t here when it was supposed to be 3-5 business days.

I called the shop today to try and see if I can come in to get a replacement because there was no updates on the shipment and I still hadn’t received it. While explaining the situation, the girl that I spoke to on the phone was unreasonable. She said “ it is out of my hands, you can come in and buy it again and pick it up in store.” Why would I buy something a second time when I never received it the first time?

I explained my concern that I wasn’t sure how it was packaged when it was mailed out, and the possibility of it being melted depending on where this shipment ended up. The girl verbatim said, “Lol, it’s definitely not melted, it’s cold outside.” I find it disrespectful that she thought my concern was laughable.

I know during hard times like this pandemic can put people on edge, but I was just trying to rectify the situation in a simple and just way. I don’t think I’ll ever be coming back here, and I’ll make sure to tell my family and...

I stumbled onto this gem today and all I can say is WHY DID I ONLY FIND THIS TREASURE NOW?! Grandma's Kitchen has literally everything you need for any candy creation idea you find on Pinterest. There’s got to be thousands of different moldings, dozens of small/large colored boxes to gift wrap with, every color chocolate melt, and even pre-made candy/pastry fillings!
