I give Lighthouse 5 stars because of the friendly, professional customer service, the quality of their product and the workmanship on the install, and the price. I had two other estimates, one came to my house, took measurements, had a decent price , until I started to ask questions, that’s when everything changed. The price went way up, and he fought with me on the final draft, keep in mind he was here at my house, then over email telling me the door is going to hit the toilet bowl. I said no, the solid wall is next to the toilet, not the door, the door is on the other side, he kept insisting I was wrong, HE WAS HERE! HE MADE THE DRAWING! The door was not on the same side as the toilet. I sent pictures, I sent him his own drawings, I could not understand what he was talking about. To this day the only thing I can think of , is he was mixing me up with someone else. But still he insisted. Enough of that one. Another guy, big name in the industry, had a somewhat fair price , again until I started asking questions , than his piece went through the roof, they would not send anyone out to the house to measure and go over the install unless I left a 50 % deposit, humm but what if decided this is not for me ? They said no problem you can get your deposit back …. Less 20%. Lots of extras and hidden costs whih that co. My wife and I had a bad feeling about that co when asking basic questions. How thick is the glass? Is the glass clear ? Does the glass have the protective coating? The trim ? He just wanted to sell me what he wanted, not what I wanted, he actually asked me “ why do you want that ?”……. Oh I don’t know…. Because it’s my house ? How’s that ? But the 50% deposit was fine, but the “we will not come out to measure until you leave a deposit” it was the 20% and the hidden fees and the bad attitude that sent us packing. If we are having that much of an issue buying this, I can only imagine the problems if something goes wrong on the install, customer service was non existent. We had ZERO issues with lighthouse. We delt with Dan on the measurements and install. He answered all of our questions, explained everything. We also delt with a lady named Mary in the office, both Dan and Mary are absolutely fantastic! Friendly , patient, polite and professional! I wish I delt the lighthouse first. It was so smooth and easy. Everything from the first measurement, the order , the install, and the courtesy call to see how everything went, and if we were happy. We could not ask for more from any contractor. My shower is beautiful ! I wish they we all like lighthouse. But I guess we would all be spoiled if...

We had a terrific experience with Lighthouse Shower doors. We called around to various companies at the start of our project. Dan from Lighthouse, was extremely quick to schedule an initial visit and provide a wonderful pdf sketch. Dan got this done within one day! Other companies needed weeks lead time, before coming to measure our project. Mary from the office was also very accessible. She promptly returned calls and emails with reliable information.

Our quote from lighthouse was inline with all competitors. Finally, and most importantly, the quality of the finished project was spectacular! The installation process was smooth and we are extremely happy with the entire job Lighthouse did from start to finish.
